Dear Roy Semple,

We are sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had.

We understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify the details of this case for transparency.

As reviewed during the formal dispute process with PayPal, the order details and system records confirmed that the item selected and paid for at checkout was indeed the jogger pants. PayPal thoroughly examined all evidence provided from both sides—including checkout records and original site listings—and closed the case in accordance with their buyer protection policies.

While we regret that the outcome was not what you hoped for, we strictly process orders based on the exact items selected at checkout and always aim to handle every concern fairly.

Kind regards,
Kozmozcyber Support

We look forward to serving you again.

Hi Dennis,

Thank you for giving us a chance and for sharing such a detailed review.

We completely understand why discovering a brand through an Instagram ad can initially create some uncertainty. We’re delighted that your retro Sauber Robert Kubica training suit and hoodie arrived as shown and that our email updates kept you informed during production and delivery.

Your feedback means a lot to our small team. We hope you enjoy the set, and we would be happy to create another racing piece for you in the future.

Kind regards,
