Avoid at all costs, as bad as your gut tells you.

Horrendous at every turn. Took 3.5-4 weeks to arrive ( missing any chance of holiday window - and no signs @ checkout on any note of timing and that its Chinese drop ship) - When paying for shipping, maybe 10 days tops for reasonable - but no. Ignored every request to cancel, and every time was gaming PayPals systems to avoid cancellation. Quality is horrible, print was bad and only on back and not centered and kerning was wrong. Sizing also terrible - ordered small for my partner and it fit like XXXL, small was baggy on me - 5'8" 165lbs. Avoid the hassle and dont get suckered into METAs letting this terrible entity exist like I did.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Poor customer service. Emails for days with no actual help.

I ordered from this site delivery was attempted to a business that was open but courier said its closed. I emailed the retailer and they just gave me long winded stories that they can't contact the couriers they employ. Then after about 15 emails they admit that there is no re delivery service. So I dont get my package and I loose my money.

I ask for a refund and they offer me a 30% discount

This company is a joke and the people that work for them are just as bad

Awful company and poor quality clothes.

If only I could leave no stars as dealing with this company has been a horrible experience. Reading the other negative reviews it seems others have had exactly the same bad experience.

I placed an order on 11th December for Christmas gifts assuming it would arrive in time. There was no updates at all until I emailed on Christmas Day to find out where my order was. I got a reply claiming it was being processed and would be in production soon and will be shipped shortly.

I replied back asking them not to go ahead with production and to give me a refund as it was a gift for family that were visiting for Christmas from abroad who were leaving just after Christmas. They replied back offering a discount on my next order, which I replied back saying I didn’t want.

The order arrived on 13th of Jan and the quality was poor on top of the long wait. I emailed again asking for a refund and didn’t get a response.

I created a PayPal dispute which unfortunately has been found in they’re favour due to PayPal’s black and white dispute process that only takes into account the seller providing tracking information to prove it was shipped and not the other relevant details in between.

I’m really annoyed about this as now I’m stuck with items I wasted almost £60 on and can’t do anything with.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go anywhere near this company!!

Acquisto una felpa su questo sito dal prezzo di 45€. In descrizione leggo "100% cotone" quindi la acquisto una M. L'ordine arriva nel giro di qualche settimana ma subito mi rendo conto che 1) la taglia Ú nettamente più piccola rispetto a quella ordinata e 2) il tessuto non Ú assolutamente cotone ma probabilmente poliestere (manca anche l'etichetta della composizione). Decido comunque dei tenere la felpa, la metto a lavare e quando la stendo mi rendo conto che la stampa Ú venuta tutta via. Scrivo al servizio clienti che mi offre un rimborso del 10%. Veramente vergognosi, non ordinate da questo sito.

RISPOSTA:
Mi spiace leggere che continuate a sostenere il falso, dicendo che i vostri articoli sono “100% cotone” quando al solo tatto si capisce chiaramente che non Ú così. A chi legge, non acquistate da questo sito, l’assistenza clienti Ú praticamente inutile e cerca solo di prendere tempo

I havent come accross a company bribing


I havent come accross a company bribing its customers with a discount to write a 4 star review. I got an e mail clearly stating that and made me share my review which I wasnt bothered to share in the first place. The delivery time is extremely long, the sizing is off I ordered a medium and what i got is like xl and since its coming from china i didnt even check how to return and ended up with a worthless piece for which i waited for a mo th to arrive and yeah just one star sorry i dont want and need a discount code as I m not planning to purchase again

Poor quality

Poor quality. Super thin and not the right sizing. Convinced it eould cost loads to send back so i excepted a discount which ended up being less then £4.00 !!! Don't bother.
After writing this review i was asked to contact them again. Again absolutely waste of time no refund only an offer of a discount on my next order. Why would i order again when the item was such poor quality and the customer services even worse. SHOCKING !!

Je m’en veux énormément d’avoir commandé sur ce site avant de regarder les avis car j’ai l’impression qu’on vit tous la même chose. Commande effectuée le 27/12 et toujours rien ! AprÚs plusieurs mails, on me propose une réduction sur ma prochaine commande, chose que je ne ferai JAMAIS. On me dit donc que ça va être traité en priorité et à nouveau du vent ! Je demande qu’on me rembourse et évidemment je pense que ça n’arrivera jamais. Ce site est clairement de l’arnaque !
