Unauthorized charges to my credit card haven't got my refund and they still trying to take money off my card... customer service would not return my money

I was sent an email saying to make a review in order for my refund. So, here it is. I appreciate that they emailed me back promptly. Telling me that I had been cancelled and they were gonna send back a refund as I did not know what this was. I appreciate quick response to my email.

7/06/26 cute4baby started taking money from my account like 70 $ worth i didn't authorize for days beyond in all.. but I want my refund..SCAM!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!

My experience was made ok by them getting back with me in a timely manner. My experience would have been better if I had received the products that I had paid for. I think the company needs to make sure they're going to do what their ads say they're going to do

I made one purchase and my card was charged multiple times so I sent an email requesting my money back and not even two seconds later I received a “letter” in my account that I need to do a review and lead positive feedback so the finalize and close my case but I still have not received my money back and nothing about this experience was positive now if I get my money back I’ll come back and update or do a better more positive review until then I need my money back asap and NOTHING about this was positive or a good experience it seems like a scam to me GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!! I just wanted to get something nice for my kids and this is what I get!
