I was charged for something I didn’t realize I was signing up for. I freaked out and contacting my bank but also emailed the company to cancel right away. I received a response right away to be refunded and any memberships cancelled so thank you.

I was helped in a timely manner.they answered all my questions I had. They canceled my subscription right away.

My experience with this situation was fast. My concern was addressed promptly.

They credited my account , took care of what I needed.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience. While I did not receive any products from Cute4Baby, I do want to acknowledge that their customer service team responded after I reached out and offered to work toward resolving my concerns.

That said, I was not aware at any point that I was being enrolled in a membership program. The charges came as a surprise, and I believe clearer communication during the sign-up process would be very helpful for future customers.

I’m hopeful that this matter will be fully resolved as discussed, and I appreciate the company’s willingness to address the situation once it was brought to their attention.

It was good. Thy were kind and it didn’t take a long time to reach them. It was quick and effective.

I was somehow forced into signing up for this site but they were very helpful in getting me my refund. They also answered the phone quickly.
