I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks and really looking forward to my new chair. I’ve received nothing from Cuthwells directly. Unfortunately my order has been cancelled this morning. Found out through Klarna?

I took delivery of 4 not inexpensive dinning room chairs on the 11th of July, 2 were damaged, l contacted Cuthwells to arrange a replacement, several emails later, l received 1 as a replacement, this too was damaged…since then.. l have contacted them leaving my contact number on numerous occasions with no success to initially arrange a further replacement and then to request a full refund. We are now in October and they will not respond to me… l have been understanding and polite throughout… but l am beyond unhappy. Please do not use them.. it’s a sad state of affairs…

Beware, they can change the price whenever they like!
I made a purchase and paid for the item online. I received a confirmation receipt. Two days later I contacted the company in regards to delivery, as I had not heard anything from them. I was told they were looking at my order, and could confirm it would be delivered within the next week. I got an email from them two days later stating that due to a pricing error, they had cancelled the order. I was welcomed to repurchase at the correct price, which was £100 more than I originally paid. I raised a complaint with them, but just told it was computer error. I have passed on the information to Trading Standards. They did issue a refund promptly, but that doesn’t make up for the drastic price increase.
