Wish I had read the reviews first...This company if it still exists cannot be trusted to deliver. I ordered a floor lamp for around £225 which was accepted. No delivery updates as company would not respond to any communications at all after 12 days finally gave up and requested repayment using Paypal procedures.
Note this company is also related to La Lumiere ltd
I ordered a light shade two weeks ago. Checked to see the status of my order and it hadn't even been dispatched.
Tried calling customer services, couldn't get through. Tried again and finally got through to someone who was confused and said would rush my order and send an email to confirm. I call again as I receive no update. Then receive an email refunding me. A lack of communication here and if they don't have it in stock... why didn't they just tell me instead of it being myself having to follow up two weeks later.
Obviously they are in over their heads and they cannot deliver on what they promise. At least I have my money back.
I really wanted to give 5stars here as merchandise is lovely & prices competitive. But attempting to exchange 2mirrors(still in original packaging unopened)as not fit for purpose has been met with a brick wall-communication has ceased although I’ve spent >£400 on their website
