Very disappointing result

the masks were poorly cut out leaving white edges in some places and there was reflection on the picture itself. very disappointed.

We really did not want to use the origination supplied. The image was very poor and we advised that the result would be disappointing. We advised the customer and we were asked to proceed and that the client accepted the images would have white flashes and have a reflection flair.

Very disappointing to then get poor feedback regarding the very issues we were concerned about!!!!!

just received this in the mail for my good friend. the minute we ordered a confirmation was sent proving the order. despite being a month after my friends birthday, the day it came she started crying. she LOVED it. only took 3 days to ship from across the atlantic ocean. such a good deal and amazing quality. thank you so much for making this gift so special.

Excellent experience with this company! I had a unique order and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and responsive. Great customer service and they helped bring my idea into fruition. Thank you so much! I wish all companies had customer service as good as theirs.

I ordered two LifeSize cutouts of two


I ordered two LifeSize cutouts of two people for a 60th birthday surprise, due to COVID they couldn’t travel so we had them at the party by cutouts. The staff were great and assisted with the quality of the images but we only had poor quality images that could be submitted. Well when they turned up they were awesome, just great, really good quality and easy to stand up, in fact we were dancing with them as well and they survived all the frivolities. We were so impressed and would certainly recommend them to everyone, professional staff, excellent quality goods and arrived quickly from being ordered. Best service.

Absolutely great - super quick & easy! The cutout turned out perfectly and arrived with plenty of time to spare. THe team very very responsive to my questions. Would order again!

Holy moly

Emailed the team asking if a picture I grabbed from FB would be suitable, got a reply almost instantly, decided to go through with it and the cutout came a week later and it’s... AMAZING. I was expecting subpar quality due to the pic I sent but I couldn’t be happier, thanks guys!
