We Loved the Cutouts of our Granddaughter We received recently. Our Purchase was Professionally done at a Great Price and We received them very Quickly. Thank You and We will be Shopping with Your Amazing Company again

Well the shipping was fast and the quality was good but they got me in trouble with their director because I asked questions and kept them updated. Like what the hell is that?! He sent me an email saying I should stop emailing so much. Like I’m the customer I have my rights.

Excellent customer service! They worked with me to get the best picture with the best resolution and pixels and it turned out absolutely perfect with a super quick turn around time from the time I ordered until the time I received it at my house.

The Cut out arrived the next day and was great quality. I would definitely use Cutoutme again.

You guys are awesome! I wanted a specific cutout for my husband's themed birthday party, and customer service responded to my questions very quickly! They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the picture looked good before I placed the order. It's going to look so good! Can't wait to see my husband's face!

The service and turnaround timescales were outstanding. I also spent time on the phone with Sasha discussing my needs and her explaining some considerations so that I was fully aware of how the product would look - I only had a scanned version of the photo I wanted. I was absolutely delighted with the end result of my personalised cut out and my party guests were equally impressed. I would definitely use again.

I would also mention that I had contacted a similar company with my enquiry and their apathy lost them the business but things happen for a reason as I’m sure I would t have received the same service/quality. Well done for providing great customer service Sasha!

Service excellent. Great communication. They let me know my photo was not great given me time to change photo . I bought two for my sons . They both loved them . Frightened both of them when they forgot about them and walk in to them . Dogs did a bit of barking . Scared both my daughter in laws . They all enjoyed the fun . We need to laugh and this did that . Ordering my custom cutout was super easy. Delivery was fast considering that it was shipped from overseas. The price was right and it turned out so lovely! This cutout of my fave member of BTS is going to go in our classroom library and the students are going to flip out!
