Amazing customer service, when I called my issue was resolved asap

I have been buying my video equipment from CVP for years and they ALWAYS have the fastest delivery service and they are always fast in their replies whenever i have questions. I just recently bought a replacement glass for my teleprompter as i had a shoot coming in three days time - the replacement arrived the next day - amazing delivery speed from UK to Estonia, bravo! My go to place for my equipment. Highly recommended!

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered this receiver expecting it to work with my setup, but it was not what I needed. The return process has taken much longer than expected, and I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue. On top of that, I still have to pay for the return shipping, which has made the experience even more frustrating. I hope the return and refund can be completed as soon as possible.
