Good communication is key and they did.

Whilst CVP didn't have all the bits I required, I was constantly kept informed of progress until they were sent out. I liked how they delivered them together rather than bit by bit as besides saving postage it is more environmentally responsible to do so as well.

There were no issues with payment

There were no issues with payment, the tracking number was provided straight away, and the item arrived perfectly on time, looking exactly as described.

Unfortunately, that deadcat completely fails to block out wind noise during recording (which is what it was bought for), making it completely useless to me. :(
So, the seller is nice but this product isn't.

We're sorry that the delivery times did not meet your expectations. Having reviewed your orders, the item associated with this review was dispatched on time. However, we understand your comments may relate to another order that included products which were not in stock at the time of purchase.

Throughout the order process, we provided regular updates on estimated delivery dates and arranged part-shipments as stock became available. Unfortunately, some supplier delays and transport disruptions resulted in delivery dates being pushed back beyond the original estimates.

We appreciate how frustrating delays can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
