CV pilots played an integral role in the securing of my highly competitive job in finance. Throughout my time working with CV Pilots, they have been highly reliable and committed to high quality output at all times. There is a rare combination of the highest level of professionalism, and a relaxed and friendly approach. It actually takes away a lot of pressure from the stressful job search experience - which I particularly appreciated. Before working with this company, I was not even getting through the initial application stage for any jobs (despite a high level of education and credentials). A fundamental part of job application success lies in an effective presentation of your skills and experience - this is what CV Pilots do like no one else I’ve worked with previously. I highly recommend CV Pilots to anybody who is looking to secure their dream job. They offer impressive CV and Cover Letter writing services, as well as extremely helpful one-to-one coaching.

Sadly, a poor experience with little compassion.

Again, this was explained numerous times about having a life threatening illness - a little compassion would not go a miss rather than just ‘business’.

Was dubious about using a CV writing company again as i dont feel i got my moneys worth last time. However at a time when i really needed to ensure I got considered for the right opportunities, i decided to go with CV Pilots.

I'm really pleased i did - it wasnt cheap - but I do feel i got good value for money - in depth questioning to understand my needs, things delivered at the time that they were promised, easy access to the people assigned to my case.

Matt and his team are very organized and structured. This allows an exact and reliable coordination of appointments. In the interview part, they go into details that seemed unimportant to me but bring significant added value. These points are worked out cleanly and can be found in the resume. The transfer to LinkedIn also went very well. I've learned a lot about using LinkedIn. I will contact CV Pilots again for the next adjustment.
