My Cyber Academy レビュー

I had my first session with Tom on Saturday. The whole 8 hour session was great, very informative, and put me at ease with the course. I have a lot to learn but feel I have chosen the right place to learn how to make a career in cyber security.

My experience with Optima has been truly enlightening. The educational content and lectures are exceptionally insightful, offering a deep and thorough understanding of the subject matter. The support team is both responsive and empathetic, tailoring their assistance to the individual needs of each candidate. I am pleased to have chosen Optima as my preferred platform for advancing my knowledge in cybersecurity.

This was not a small investment for me and I was a little concerned if it was going to be what I was seeking, that was more skills for when I rtn back to the US. Tom, the founder of Cyber Coaching was there from day 1, when I connected on LinkedIn. For people, like myself, that do not come from a tech world, to have a person so engaging, and reliable is such a massive comfort and set me off on the right trajectory. I have just finished my first online class and I can report that not only were my positive feelings about this being the right thing for me to do, but also my cohorts seemed to feel the same way.
My biggest and most important comment that I think that I can make I think is for people that are a bit afraid of either the price or the fact that they do not have tech experience. This company gives you real world justification at every step, and things that you can understand. I cannot wait for the next lesson, and I, as well as every other person that invests in this course, look forward to getting the financial benefits from completing it.
I couldn't rate it any higher at the moment.

I learned some new things, that I never knew about on previous courses.

fantastic lesson. really good flow, easy to follow, using real world examples really providing some great understanding into cyber security.

As a total beginner to everything IT I've been able to learn the fundamentals of basic IT components (how they work), networking and security, and this course has set a strong foundation for the future for whatever path I want to target in the future. Great staff support and tutors with lots of knowledge 👍

Overall the cybercoaching team is doing a great job. Many times I asked for assistance and they got back to me. The course I took with them is definetely not in my wheelhouse. Despite that, the team extends their support and encouragement. They boost your moral. Kudos to you guys.

I recently registered with Cyber Coaching for my CPSA & Sec+ Training and Certification, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of their courses is exceptional, providing not only in-depth knowledge but also industry standard practical skills that have truly boosted my confidence, especially in interviews and professional discussions.

A special mention must go to the Student Support Manager, Laura Trafford, who has been playing an instrumental role in making my experience so positive. Laura’s customer-centric approach is unparalleled. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide timely support, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Her dedication to the students’ success truly sets CyberCoaching apart from other training institutes.

Thanks to Laura and the entire team at CyberCoaching, I now feel equipped to navigate the professional world with much more confidence. I am grateful for the continuous support and highly recommend this institute to anyone looking to advance their skills in the security field!

I recently completed the CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and CREST CPSA courses with Cyber Coaching, and I must say, the experience has been exceptional. The course content was comprehensive, well-structured, and perfectly aligned with the industry standards. A special thanks to Laura Trafford, who managed student support flawlessly. She was always available to help and ensured that the learning journey was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Cyber Coaching to anyone looking to advance their career in cybersecurity.

Enrolling in My Cybersecurity Course: A Life-Changing Experience

I recently enrolled in a cybersecurity course, and although I haven’t completed the entire program yet, I’ve just finished the first stage and earned my A+ certification. This milestone has already had a significant impact on my career. Thanks to the knowledge and skills I’ve gained, I’ve successfully secured my first job in IT as a Software Systems Analyst – a role I’ve been aspiring to for a long time.

Transitioning into the IT field was a major career change for me, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without the excellent guidance and resources provided throughout the course. The lectures have been thorough, engaging, and extremely supportive, helping me build the confidence I needed. Special shoutout to Laura T., who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always offering valuable feedback and advice when I needed it most.

If you’re looking for a well-structured course that helps you gain practical knowledge and take your first steps into IT, I highly recommend this program!

I started researching Cyber Security training providers back in July 2023 due to being unhappy in current role. Came across many suitable options but for some reason wasn't sold. Until I Found Optima-IT/Cyber Coaching and whilst they were far from cheapest, they certainly presented themselves the best with the greatest methodology. They provide you with the training, tools to self-learn, contacts, community of aspiring security students and knowledge to break into the Security industry.

Fast forward to June 2024 and I have just acquired my CREST CPSA certificate after studying day and night (quite literally) following this I also worked directly with Tom Sinclair from CyberCoaching doing 121 Teams sessions and chats throughout the day in the lead up to my exam.

Post exam I am still working with Tom to get my CV and LinkedIn updated to match my new skills and acquire that first role within the Information Security Management Sector.

The studies have not been easy but it has certainly been worth it, all made possible by CyberCoaching and the team. Looking forward to what the future holds now, me and my family thank you!

I embarked on my Cyber Security learning journey in December 2023 and have now completed all of the training courses provided.

The level of training and support from all involved has been outstanding and this will only improve as they are bringing on more teams members to help and support us students.

Now its down to me to study and then sit my exams but then it doesn't stop there. Cyber Coaching are then on hand to help you with your CV and market yourself so that you transition into the sector and gain employment.

I am so glad, I was introduced to Cyber Coaching as they are great people and have made my learning experience much more enjoyable.

I am not from the country this is based in but the support and understanding I received was warm and understand which I really appreciated. It made and has made the process of getting my certifications a lot easier and nicer in general.

I feel lucky to have found them.

The team at Optima and Cyber Coaching have been brilliant in putting together a course that gets you from complete beginner to competent cybersecurity practicioner in 6 months. There is always help and support, with first class teachers to guide you every step of the way.

Absolutely recommended!

I enrolled on a cyber course with cyber coaching. The instructors are nothing but brilliant and really take the time to help you through your journey. They provide a great working environment and help you as much as you need. I highly recommend them as a training provider.

I enrolled on a six month internship program with cybercoaching, and it has been nothing short of awesome. their programs are one of the best in terms of value for money one can get out there

I found the training provided by Cyber Coaching a very fulfilling and rewarding experience: all learning materials, live study sessions, live hands-on practice sessions, one-to-one sessions were of superb quality. Was particularly impressed by the way Tom Sinclair and Jay Jay lead study sessions - engaging, motivational and extreme fun! I would also recommend students have 121 sessions with Peter Ireland - very friendly and knowledgeable tutor.
