We specialise in EVIL bikes, Ohlins, industry nine, EXT, burgtec etc. Call in and have a North Star coffee, chat bikes, products, whatever you want. We love a good chat.

Error fixed

Had an issue with the wrong part sent. Cykel House paid for the return postage and got me the part needed in good time

Judge companies on how they manage a mistake and you can't go far wrong 👍🏻, I'd definitely use these guys in the future

Quality equipment at reasonable prices

Quality equipment at reasonable prices. Unfortunately an item I had purchased was showing In Stock on the website but it actually wasn't available.

They emailed me shortly after the order giving me the option for a refund or to wait. I opted to wait, however I received no updates on my order and had to ask a number of times for an update, therefore communication could have been improved whilst they awaited a response from their supplier.

Unfortunately we do have products that are custom order and these products do have disclaimers on them in red writing stating to contact us, should you require an ETA. Apologies the order took longer to get to you than you had originally hoped. Thanks again.

Great but wish it did DHL insteaf of Fedex

Really good store with many choices. Only complaint is international delivery. The shipping takes almost 3 weeks, but i guess its not the stores fault, but Fedex itself. Other than that great store and the support is friendly and answers fast. I can see myself buying again if not in hurry.

Helpful as ever

Helpful as ever, fitted me in same day for a gear service between jobs, which i really appreciated and none too expensive to boot. Great small independent bike shop, where nothing seems too much trouble.

The order required the distributor to be involved but I was informed on realistic eta of the package arrival and then on every step of the processing. Overall good experience 👍🏻

Great products and better pricing

Good service with great products that have great prices to match. Worked out cheaper to freight my order to Australia, than what I would normally pay for the same thing in Australia. Only company that I could find online that is able to supply Hope carbon cranks, in all colours and sizes without overcharging, and without a ridiculous wait.
P.S. I would have given 5 stars except I never received a “shipped” notification.

A company that does not stick by what


A company that does not stick by what they advertise online. I was looking for a new frame as a birthday present to myself. A quick google search came up with this shop having the frame at the best price. Whilst on the website a box pops up on my screen saying if I sign up I get 10% off my first order, awesome. Went ahead payed and ordered the frame. 5 days later I get an email from someone called Gavin. Saying they can’t sell me the frame because with the 10% discount they will be loosing out.
This is a shop that advertises false prices and discount offers on their website.

Hi Omar, thanks for leaving an honest review. Yes you are correct the discount code doesn’t work on products that have large discounts already applied. This is in the terms and conditions. Also the same reason why we can’t offer finance on discounted products. It isn’t a false price, the frame is £489 instead of £629. The discount code works on the thousands of other products we sell and has happily been used by many customers. Thanks again for the review. 👍
