Friendly and helpful staff, prompt turn around

The guys are e-bikeshop are super helpful and very prompt. I had an issue with a part which failed just outside the warranty period. They jumped on it, got in touch with the manufacturer and had the replacement unit delivered to me (all completely free of charge) in no time at all. You can't fault service like that.

Service, speed of despatch and delivery were exceptional. Price was also very competitive. This was my first time using the e-bikeshop.co.uk but will certainly not be my last. Many thanks

I brought a bike from this retailer and once it was delivered I realised it was too big for me and I needed to return it. The staff were really quick to respond to my emails, they answered my queries, and provided excellent customer service throughout the returns process.

Always have a great experience with these guy. Nothing is too big a problem for them always deliver on time efficient polite and caring. 

Battery came as quickly as promised, packaged perfectly and the price was competitive too

Excellent service from start to finish!

- I originally used their website's chat facility & spoke to a lovely member of staff who answered my numerous questions on what type of bike would suit me. Questions of power, torque and bike size were all answered professionally and in depth. This was important as I'm a bit overweight and I didn't want the result to be an underpowered experienced. I also got reassurance that a medium sized bike would suit me best, because the bikes manufacturer tended to lean rather large on their bike frames. This was the right call and I'm so glad I followed the chat operators advice - he was 100% correct and the size of bike sent is perfect for me thanks to him.

- They have a huge selection of bikes, and I decided on a particular model based on my conversation with the team member. I was so pleased with their service that I purchased it right there and then.

- The bike was affordably priced and was the exact model I needed. I asked if they had any discount codes or deals (cheeky of me, I know) and I was happy to hear that I'd receive free goodies with the bike, including a high quality bike helmet and a large storage bag for the bike. An unexpected bonus. I can use the bag to carry my sausage rolls when I'm not on my diet, and my shaker-bottle of slimfast when I am on my diet.

- I asked if the assembly of the bike would be complicated as I'm not experienced with bikes, but I was assured that pretty much all of the bike is will be pre-assembled, with only a few last pieces to put on (easy for anyone who can use an allen key). And that if I needed any additional support with assembly, they'd be happy to help.

- The bike was delivered very quickly, well within the delivery timeframe. This was a nice surprise, especially since they ordered the model of bike in for me especially and had to build it before posting it to me (it was a special order item). The bike arrived quickly and was delivered by a reputable delivery company.

- I decided to ask for reassurance on how to put the main bike wheel on, as I didn't want to break anything. I got an instant reply on their website chat facility and a kind member of staff talked me through the process and also provided a video for me, showing exactly what I needed to do. Easy!

- If you want (and this is 100% optional) you can also take out a 30 day, free bike insurance policy from their partner insurer company Bikmo. You do not provide any debit/credit card details for this; it's a non-recurring, completely free and 30-day time-limited policy that I received with my bike. I had the option to refuse this when purchasing my bike, but thought I'd give it a go as I'd be pretty upset if my new bike was stolen. Bikemo have been really excellent and their reviews speak for themselves, with tons of happy customers. They are underwritten by Hiscox insurance, who I believe are very reputable. I can, if I wish, purchase insurance for my bike after my 30 free period runs out, but no payment will happen automatically and so if I forget about it, no payments will occur without my say. Bikemo even offer more comprehensive policies, with things like public liability insurance while riding your bike, and even a policy where they'll arrange transport home if your bike becomes inoperable during your commute and you'd otherwise be stranded.

I'm really pleased with my bike and the service that was provided. The free goodies were much appreciated and the Bikmo insurance provides excellent reassurance that I'll no-doubt purchase once my free period ends. Thanks to everyone at e-bikeshop.co.uk

Very fast service

Before ordering I received very helpful advice from the company. The item arrived very promptly and I was kept fully informed of delivery status.

Took my bike in for its annual service with Ben. I thought it needed some extra work because my front brakes were squealing and my gears were slipping badly in upshift. Having checked it over Been confirmed it needed a new rear cassette and chain and front brake pads, fair enough after 4500 miles. Done and finished within the hour at a very reasonable price. As always a personable, efficient job well done!

Great product, description and delivery timescale.

The website was easy to put the order. The price was good. Kept notified of delivery very accurately. Delivery was exactly within the time window promised Prior arrived in good order well packaged all in all five stars.

Outstanding customer service. We initially had a small issue with our order, but it was resolved quickly and communication throughout was excellent. Mistakes happen — what really matters is how a company responds, and e-bikeshop handled it exceptionally well. Highly recommended.
