Costs spiraling & service decreasing

Dear Ellie,

As a client of Cymphony for over 5.5 years now, we have been extremely disappointed by the service we have received over the past few months.

The quality and quantity of your answering service has decreased (patients and staff frequently report that they are unable to get through to someone at certain times of day), yet the costs have spiraled upwards. Culminating with our May bill being the highest ever we have received from you.

When my colleague requested a detailed report from Elaine in accounts, similar to what we received from Bernadette in April, she was unable to provide this.

We are unable to keep track of monthly spending, because we have no access to usage statistics and in essence together with the direct debit that is in place, this gives you a licence to charge what you like.
As our account manager, you do nothing to keep the relationship running smoothly and ensure that we are getting the best service. Surely, it is your job to provide us with this information and make recommendations of any changes required to our contract each month?
Therefore, I will be cancelling our direct debit to prevent a similar situation occurring next month.

It is a sad fact that we have already begun to research AI alternatives, because regrettably your service no longer represents value for money.

I wish I could take my business elsewhere

I have used this company for several years but only as it bought out the company I previously used. I get billed for many no response customer called but did not speak type of calls, this never occured with previous companies, they then charge me to tell me that I have received a useless call and insist they must, ie they earn again. I am sending multiple emails to Cymphony asking them to change contact details for my business for holiday cover . This is now urgent and still no reply/response so my calls wont be answered when they text email inform me. No response to request for customer services to contact me and or action my request. They are also approx 40% more expensive for a far poorer service than I previously had . Unfortunately I am stuck with them as they own the tel number that my customers call in on. I have to say I have had some very good client care from previous staff who clearly have done all they can to rectify issues that have arisen. Sadly they leave and as now appalling zero customer care , not even able to email back etc.

Reliable, efficient and professional service

We use Cymphony as a back up for when we can't answer the phones ourselves and have always found them to be efficient and professional. They accept that we use them for this reason (rather than as a full time answering service) and they do not try to pressure us to increase the level of service, which is appreciated! They deliver a reliable service and always ensure the message gets through to the correct person, as well as copying me in at the end of the day so I can see the details of all the calls they picked up. I can definitely recommend using Cymphony.

Great service and good value for a SME

We have used Cymphony for many years, great solution for a small company with no fulltime reception and our staff are mostly out of the office. Great service and good value.

I would 100% reccomend Cymphony

The service is extermely good, very friendly staff also proffessional on the phones my one man band business feels like a full established organisation, my account manager is on hand to deal with any queries i have at all times, for anyone looking to grow a business this is the best way to take all the stress of answering calls away and focus more on other parts of you business. Great Work Team.

Very poor service

Quite possibly the most difficult company I've ever had to deal with. As other people mentioned, Their original prices were affordable but then they changed them. We got an unexpected new bundle charge, higher service charges, and extra cost for each call. All this can easily double or in our case even triple the cost. We told them that we find this very extremely expensive. It was not possible to arrive at any solution. I would not advise anyone to sign up with them.
Their very poor service directly impacted our business, resulting in business losses and huge service penalties.
