Not all call answering providers are the same, just like not all Will Writers are the same!
Message direct are a great asset to the service we offer to our clients. They are polite and helpful handling our overflow inquiries. I have already recommended them to one of our business contacts who is looking for a new phone answering service.

Our phone is diverted to Message Direct when we are not available, they offer a 24/7 service and the phone is answered by real people and book appointments and help with queries. We are very pleased.

Message direct were professional from the very beginning of contact with them.
Their service is first class and nothing is too much trouble. It is a seamless phone answering service and if you are busy doing your job, they take care of incoming calls leaving you to work undisturbed. It is excellent value for money .

Great service for busy people
Very professional, very good level of communication ,efficient, all the messages are in time and very clear!
So ,for me at least, just something I didn't know I need ,and now is part of my busy life!

Excellent Serivce!
Message Direct provided an excellent rolls royce service for us for over 18 years and the only reason for leaving was due to the sale of the company. We would recommend Message Direct and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
