Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 7 pieces of furniture. Dresser did not arrive. Took weeks to get a replacement ordered. When this replacement arrived only one of two packages was delivered. Took another month for any solution. Customer service kept me hanging on saying they were âinvestigatingâ so after over two months of waiting I requested a refund. They only refunded me for the item and not the tax.
As I had also purchased the matching nightstands I reordered the dresser. I requested that the $19.99 delivery fee be refunded for my troubles, as I had previously not had to pay delivery. This request was declined.
Asked for replacement for scratched drawer and missing knob over 8 weeks ago and still yet to be resolved.

After two weeks and no delivery I contacted the company and they assured me the order was processing, after multiple inquiries finally they admitted to a mistake and would âdeliver right awayâ. When delivery happened I only received a rug, NOT the couch as I was told it was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and asked when they would send a new one and they said after the did an investigation with the delivery company. 5 days later, still no repo we to when the delivery will happen. I now asked for a refund and they told me no due to the couch already being in transit. Yes, the damaged couch⊠so I am expected to wait until THEIR INVESTIGATION ON THEIR delivery company to either get a couch or money back. Meanwhile this couch was purchased for a business that cannot wait any longer and their response is to put ME AND MY BUSINESS AND WALLET on hold BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. Terrible customer service. I donât trust them. HOW CAN I FILE A BBB COMPLAINT for my money back when they hide where and who there are!?!
Daals is incredibly frustratingâŠDO NOT ORDER
Daals was an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. We paid $150 for shipping and delivery with the understanding that our couch would arrive while we were in town, and that did not happen. Instead, we got a delivery notification only 30 minutes before the truck arrived, on a day we were not expecting delivery at all. We were out of town and had to scramble to find someone to go to the house and sign for it, which cost us extra money.
Because the couch was not delivered when promised, we also now have to spend even more money to hire someone to assemble it for us.
To make things worse, when we reached out to customer service to ask for a refund of the shipping cost since the delivery timing was completely mishandled, they refused and were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
Overall, this was a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I would not order from Daals again.

Hi trust pilot, after reading the reviews, I'm not sure why they don't have 5 stars! We bought the Ashby Chesterfield Large 3-Seater Sofa in Fern Green Velvet. Our couch was delivered on time, we received many email notifications telling us when it was shipped and the process to schedule the delivery was seamless. The couch was exactly as pictured and SO simple to put together (just screwing in legs). 10/10 couch, great company, not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - TWICE:
Ordered a $700 armoire. First delivery arrived severely damaged - broken panels, scratches, unusable. After weeks of back-and-forth (only via email, no phone support), they finally agreed to send a replacement.
WRONG + MORE DAMAGED:
Second shipment arrived - not only was it the WRONG item, but it was even MORE damaged than the first. Two failed deliveries, neither piece usable.
CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE:

Takes days to get replies
Zero accountability or urgency
Took WEEKS between first damage report and replacement shipment
REFUSED DISPOSAL COSTS:
After two failed deliveries, I requested a refund. They agreed, BUT refused to arrange pickup or cover disposal costs for THEIR defective merchandise. I now have three enormous boxes of broken furniture weighing around 300 lbs that I have to pay over $200 to have hauled away.
When I explained the boxes are too large/heavy for me to transport and requested they arrange pickup or reimburse disposal, they refused. They expect ME to pay to dispose of THEIR garbage after wasting weeks of my time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

You will be stuck with disposal costs for damaged items

I ordered bedroom furniture from Daals that was originally scheduled for delivery on 3/3/26. For that delivery I received a text message confirming the date and four-hour delivery window. I needed to reschedule, so I called and we scheduled for delivery on 3/10/26. I never received written confirmation of the time, so I had assumed the window was 8am - 12pm, as previously scheduled.
On the morning of 3/10/26, the driver arrived shortly after 7am to deliver the furniture. I was at the gym and missed their phone calls. I called the delivery company back around 7:50am and let them know that I was at home and would be available all day to accept delivery. They indicated that since I missed the delivery, they would need to reschedule for a later date. We then scheduled delivery for 3/17/26. I received a text confirmation with the date and four-hour delivery window.
A few days after rescheduling I received an email stating that I needed to pay a re-delivery fee of $300+ and a storage fee of $115. Long story short, I have been back and forth with the company for days trying to resolve this. Their final response today was that they would be sending the furniture back to their warehouse and I would be responsible for a 25% restock fee (my order was $1100), as well as delivery and storage fees.
I asked for a reasonable option and that's what was offered. Daals has been horrible to deal with.

My experience with Daals has been the single most frustrating experience ordering anything online in my life and I wish I had known what their ordering process was like before purchasing.
I ordered a matching couch and pouffe from them because the product page stated delivery would take 3â8 business days. That timeline was a big part of why I chose to order. I was charged immediately, but after placing the order I received no confirmation from Daals, no processing email, no shipping notice, and no updates of any kind. The only thing I ever received was an automated receipt from Shopify. Period, and itâs been a month.
I have reached out to them many times though. Hereâs what happened: after hearing nothing for over a week, I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on. Thatâs when I was told the item was âin transit to their warehouse.â So basically, they didnât even have the product when they sold it to me and the advertised delivery window was never realistic in the first place.
Days after that, after repeatedly asking for updates, I was then told that the pouffe is actually out of stock with no restock timeline. This is a product they were still actively selling on their website with the same delivery estimate. I was offered the option to swap it for a completely different item or wait indefinitely until it might come back in stock, which doesnât make sense when the whole point of ordering was that the pieces match, but also⊠wait indefinitely when youâve charged me for it? Makes sense.
Whatâs even more concerning is that more than a month later I still donât have a clear answer about the couch, which is the main item in the order. No shipment confirmation, no delivery estimate, nothing.
The entire experience has felt like Iâm completely in the dark about an order they had no problem charging my card for immediately. The lack of transparency about stock levels, the misleading delivery timeline, and the slow, vague responses from support have made this one of the worst online furniture purchasing experiences Iâve had.
Iâm still couchless in a new home because of this irresponsible and terribly managed company.

Awful furniture with even worseâŠ
Awful furniture with even worse customer service! We ordered a king bed, two nightstands and a dresser. The king bed is about 10 inches too long for our mattress so anywhere you put the mattress either the pillows fall in or you can see about four slats at the foot of the bed and both nightstands and the dresser have completely different colored legs than the rest of the furniture. It looks like they sent us the wrong ones. There are also weird marks and white powder to make it look rustic everywhere we have sent about 20 emails and they time to respond and when they finally do, it says if they are starting a brand new conversation each time and do not read any of your previous messages. This is such a joke. I have asked them in six different emails to initiate a return and in every response, theyâre asking me for photos that Iâve already sent them. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible overall experience. Daals.com shipped us a new 3-drawer dresser, which arrived damaged with multiple defects. In addition to the defects, the dresser was cheaply made and of overall poor quality. Although we promptly notified daals of the defects and followed their return policy, their Customer Service Team refused to accept the return and continually requested additional unnecessary information be provided. Eventually daals just stated that they could [would] not accept returns of any previously damaged merchandise even if it was shipped that way initially. Needless to say, the customer service provided by daals was useless. Although I've given daals a 1 star rating here, that's only because I had to check one to begin my review. The company truly deserves "0" stars. If we had researched daals.com better before ordering, we would have learned that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and are widely known for the poor quality of their products and lack of responsible customer service. WE will never do business with daals again and we recommend the same to everyone else. Please Do Not Shop at Daals!
Cheap, uncomfortable and very poor delivery service.
Sofa looked beautiful online. The pieces arrived and carried in by 2 young delivery guys who spoke little English. Dumped the boxes and left. Iâm in good shape at 74 , but it was annoying to get no assistance removing pieces from cardboard boxes and assembling. Obviously left the cardboard which I had to cut up and recycle.
Sofas are cheap with black Velcro on the backs and bottoms of the cushions. Cushions sag in the middle when sat upon. Ottoman is huge and taller than cushion height so when you put your feet up, your upper body is lower than your legs, which feels odd. The arms are very low and even with pillows, itâs difficult to lean against the arms or even take a nap without the pillows falling off. The fabric is NOT velvet but some sort of microsuede.
I bought this sofa as a substitute for the sofa I really wanted but having a cat and dog necessitated a cheaper choice. My cat Jake enjoys napping on it. At least someone likes it

Bought the Greenwich dining chair in rust velvet. While it was sturdy and the upholstery well done, the seat height was more than 1" lower than advertised product dimensions. Customer service explained this is within their product tolerance, and likely due to the wood frame expanding/contracting. My refund/return request was refused, the only resolution offered was to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. The Daal's return policy states that quality issues must be reported within 14 days; I contacted CS a few hours after receiving the chair. It seems the company does not want to incur the cost of a refund/return under any circumstances, and the return policy regarding quality issues is entirely subjective. BUYER BEWARE.
Awful Customer Service
I am unable to review the products, only the online purchasing experience and customer service. I ordered a couch and ottoman but the ottoman would not be available until early March. Rather than send the couch now and ottoman later the company would only ship the two items together and didnât even offer to let me pay separate shipping for the ottoman when available. I had to cancel the order because I need the couch well before the proposed ship date. I have not yet received confirmation of a refund either. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend buying from daals.

As bad as that is, my biggest complaint is about the Customer Service. A man was very polite every time he told me that it was my fault THEIR closet fell apart.
Furthermore, their website makes it appear that the piece I ordered has over 1700 positive reviews. However, when I went back later and looked at those reviews, very few were actually about the closet. VERY MISLEADING!
