This seems outrageous to me. I spent $900 on a bed. You sent me the wrong size. Now you want me to spend approximately $300-400 to return it to you, and then spend an additional $900 to buy ANOTHER bed, so that HOPEFULLY you send me the correct size this time? Is this a scam? It just sounds outrageous.

Bought a dresser thinking it would be good quality, it had a rating of 4.8 on the site. I saw a cheaper version on Amazon for half the price but I wanted something that was high quality and would last long. It is not good quality, itâs cheap material and I wouldâve honestly been better off buying it on Amazon. The dresser already is starting to look worn out and itâs not even been a week. I reviewed the product on their site and they didnât even publish it! I think they only publish 4 and 5 stars which is extremely deceptive. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I placed an order and paid $600+ for a table, expecting at least a decent customer experience. What I received instead was one of the worst shopping experiences Iâve ever hadâfrustrating, misleading, and physically exhausting.
Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I emailed Daals to cancel and swap the table for another one. Initially, I was told this was possible and even received an invoice for the new item. Thenâsuddenlyâthe story changed: I was told the table had already shipped and could no longer be canceled. This was less than 24h later, whereas the estimated shipping was 3-8 days later.
The delivery itself was another disaster. Despite my request to have it delivered to my door (the table is very heavy), it was dropped at a package room. I had to haul it into my car and drive to FedEx, only to find out I couldnât initiate the return myself. I was stuck waiting at FedEx, desperately trying to reach someone via live chat (which the return page says can be used to initiate a return). After a long wait, the chat agent informed me they couldn't process returns through chat and that Iâd need to emailâagain. I had to drag the heavy package back to my car with zero resolution.
The physical and emotional labor Iâve put into this process is beyond reasonable. Iâve broken my back (literally), wasted hours, and dealt with complete radio silence or misinformation from their teamâall while having paid $600+. And now Iâm stuck wondering whether Iâll even be able to return the item without ridiculous fees or logistics.
Daalsâ customer service is misleading at best, nonexistent at worst. Their website implies a smooth experience and âfree returns within 30 days,â but based on this ordeal (and other reviews I've now found), that seems like a lie.
Avoid this company. I only wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before placing my order.

Please please please read the reviews on here and never purchase from this company. I only read the reviews on their site before I ordered. But honestly compared to some other reviews on here I came out relatively unscathed because I was able to dispute and cancel before my furniture actually shipped.
I ordered a King bed with promise, from their site, of shipping in 3-8 business days. Those days came and went and I never received any notice from the company. Started reaching out to customer support to get an estimated shipping date. They donât have a US phone number, their live support doesnât know any answers and says âthey will escalated to the customer support teamâ. When you email with them they put you off by saying they âare looking into itâ. I even asked a simple question about whether the bed needed a box spring and both the live chat and email customer service said âthey would need to look into itâ and after 2 weeks still no answer.
My gut told me something was off and luckily I found these reviews. I immediately called my credit card company to let them know Iâd been scammed and contacted Daals to cancel my order. LUCKILY it didnât ship and I got my money back!!
It seems like the scam here is that they send super shitty quality furniture and then make it almost impossible to return. So they make their money off of you either not being able to return or the >25% fees they demand (read other reviews for more context here) if you do manage to return the item. Either way you are losing money - itâs never a full refund. Per other reviews you as the customer have to pay for the return shipping and for the heavier items a lot of times itâs nearly the original cost of the item!
Bottom line..no matter how pretty the furniture looks online. DO NOT DO IT.

Horrible product and horrible customer service. I ordered a desk with a matching chair and coffee table for my office. The desk came damaged with missing pieces. The effort to get a replacement was not worth the effort. The replacement desk came and it too was damaged. Asked for refund of desk and matching items. They sited their return policy as 25% restocking fee and that I would have to pay the return shipping. I stated that I did not feel I should have to pay anything. They then dropped the restocking fee but still insisted that I had to pay the return shipping. After over a month of trying to resolve this, I filed a complaint with PayPal. Today PayPal ruled in my favor.

I ordered a dining table from this company in a dark brown. The one that arrived was a light brown, completely different color to the pictures (not even close). When I called up and showed the pictures they said the product being a different color was 'not a fault' and therefore they would not come and collect/refund.
Now I have a huge table stuck in my house I can't get rid of and they have just said tough. Terrible company.
Buyer beware: Return policy is a joke
The company's return policy on the website is misleading. When you initiate a return, you discover that the company doesn't provide a return label than enables you to get their discounted shipping rates. The consumer has to work through their own 3rd party paying very high prices for shipping. In my experience, I will recover only 25% of what I paid, despite sending them back within days of receipt and in pristine condition. Packed and wrapped exactly as I found them. The shipping rate is compounded by a 25% restocking fee. Scam operation.
Faulty material with poor customer service

1) their dinning table (Maru Round 6-8 Extended table) furniture is made of cheap foamy material that chips over time, get water bubbles with instant exposure to fluid.
2)Very rude customer service
3) The warranty they offer doesn't cover any damages due to their poor design.
4) They do not offer replacement for damaged parts unlike Wayfair.

A scam - avoid
Similar experience to others. Ordered a bed frame on Jan 14 with a target delivery date between January 26 - 30. Tracking showed it 'shipped on Jan 22, but no movement after. Jan 30 came, and we checked via email, but customer service could not tell us the projected delivery date. They repeatedly said they are 'working on it'. A week went by, and we asked them to send the order back to the warehouse. They said okay, but our refund wouldn't be issued until it arrived back to them. To us, this is between them and their shipping partner now. We are not liable as to whether or not the item is returned to them, especially as it never made it to us in the first place. It is now Feb 14 and still no refund. We filed a credit card dispute and are getting our money back. Avoid this company.

Took 2 weeks to finally say they would accept my return then denied it and told me they would not pick up their wrong product they sent or give me a refund. Also, the quality is exceptionally cheap.
Daals - AVOID at all costs
Like so many of the reviews here. we too had a terrible experience with Daals. To start, I know learned that they do not publish critical reviews (I submitted mine and it never appeared on the website despite daals "verifying" my email to be sure that it is real.
We bought 2 sectionals based on the GLOWING Daals website reviews. They arrived and my husband promptly recycled the boxes. When we attempted to assemble the sections, which are supposed to connect via interlocking v-shaped brackets, we learned that they were defective and would not assemble. In fact, the brackets were inset into the sections so that even with 4 huge guys shoving them together, the brackets were still an inch apart, never the twain shall meet.
I went round after round after email round with their customer service (Meriam) who kept providing me with directions which were basically "Just push them together!" I elevated to a supervisor who said, "push them together," despite my detailed explanations of what was wrong.
Because we saw their atrocious return policy and associated costs, even with damaged merchandise, my very handy husband used his carpentry skills to rebuild the sides of the sofas by removing the brackets, installing backing wood, re-attaching the brackets and finally locking them together. However, even with the brackets now correctly locked, the legs don't all touch the floor. This product is junk and the company is fraudulent.
I asked for a discount given that WE had to fix their couches and they stopped responding. My review curiously never appeared.
TAKE ACTION: Don't just complain here. Submit a complaint to the FTC Consumer Fraud bureau. One complaint is good, by everyone's here is better. Trustpilot does not allow links but search "FTC Consumer Fraud" and you will find an easy portal to submit a complaint.

Do not buy anything from this company! I purchased 6 chairs, upon opening three out of the six is where the problems occurred. One chair was damaged with scratches. Another chair has a terribly wrinkled cushion. Another chair has rusty colored screws and misaligned backing. Iâve reached out to customer service one week after the chairs arrived. Iâve informed them of the issues. I also let them know the other three boxes were not opened. Customer service informed me to send photos and video to ensure Iâm not lying. I sent the photos and videos and they asked for more videos. Customer service also informed me to open the other three boxes to check there status. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, customer service told me new customer service department will reach out. This company is a scam! Itâs seems theyâre attempting to not refund my money.

The whole return process here is horrible, they say they can't accept a return if it's not in the original packaging despite the product being in perfect condition, and there's a 25-35% fee and they don't pay for shipping costs which can be hundreds. I lost about $600 and I've never been this stressed and upset with a furniture return.

DAMAGED - Refused to Make it Right
Sent a chair cushion that arrived smashed against the chair leg, leaving a massive permanent dent in the cushion. I contacted Daals, but they said I would have had to document the whole unpacking process to prove it had arrived that way and refused to help.

I have had no contact from the company regarding my delivery time today or even this week. I have called three times to get this issue sorted and have been given excuses after excuses and our company doesn't work like that. They have offered no solutions and refuse to do weekend delivery and booked a delivery day for when l am not even in. They couldn't even pick up the phone or email to check with me first. Having read these awful reviews l think l have had a lucky escape. None of these are included on their website.
