Gegenüber vielen Jahren fanden Lieferungen statt. Ich rate jetzt aber ab, bei diesem Shop Bestellungen zu tätigen. Es wird nicht geliefert! Eine Bestellung von Daelim Teilen wurde gar nicht durchgeführt, sondern lediglich vertröstet, dass man intern die Lieferung klären möchte.Das zeigen auch bereits andere Bewertungen. Bezahlungsmöglichkeit ist nur mit Kreditkarte möglich. Das verkompliziert dann eine Reklamation bei seinem Kreditkartenanbieter. Nach einigen Wochen und ständigen Widerrufen und Aufforderung zur Gutschrift hat Daelim Parts zumindest den Betrag wieder gutgeschrieben.

Complete scam. Over $200 (€180) for a part that hasn't been sent. When contacted again, it was only to find out the part isn't available or manufactured any more, so I had to demand that I be refunded. The refund has allegedly been accepted, according to their email, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't got the many, proof of the refund order or a reply.
One star is way too much. I only hope legal action is taken and they are taken off the internet commerce scene.

They're real scammers. I ordered one part, they sent me another, and they haven't taken any responsibility for solving the problem. It's just cost me money. Run away! The bad reviews are real. Absolute scammers!

Fui comprando unos repuestos para mi scooter y funcionaba , pero una vez se equivocaron en una pieza y la devolución no funcionó, ni dinero ni pieza , me sentí estafado, y la atención por correo te responde a los 2 ó 3 días y no siempre, si tienes un problema te dejan tirao

Habe in Vergangenheit mehrmals Teile bestellt und auch erhalten. Die letzte Bestellung wurde zwar von mir bezahlt, aber weder bestätigt noch geliefert. Auf Anfrage per Mail wird nicht reagiert.
Muss wohl rd. 70€ unter "Lehrgeld bezahlt" verbuchen.
Kann nur abraten, hier online zu bestellen. Ich werd's jedenfalls künftig unterlassen.

De vrais escrocs. Méfiez-vous. J'ai commandé une pompe à essence en août et au jour d'aujourd'hui rien malgré maintes relances. Alors surtout Méfiez-vous....

Ware vor 5 Wochen bestellt, ständig bekommen man über den Support die gleiche antwort: sie recherchieren zu meinem Auftrag und das Team meldet sich.
Werde nun Strafanzeige und über die Bank einen Rückbuchungsauftrag stellen.

I ordered parts from dealim parts nearly 8 weeks ago, some parts turned up but others never came, I contacted on several occasions were they ask for photos of parts that turned up and what never turned up, again and again. Then I asked for a refund plus the money for shipping costs and they gave me credits which I reordered the parts which they said they were coming then I had to pay another 315 dollars on top of the ems delivery which was supposed to be free and it cost me 150 dollars extra, so surprise surprise wrong parts sent again and parts missing. Asked for a refund and nothing back. Do not use this website as its a scam 😒

Y a pas 0 etoile alors je met 1...mais fuyez cette marque...c est du chinois dans toute sa splendeur...durite de frein s ouvre en deux lors d un freinage.. je commande la piece en express( 3 jours 39 euros de livraison). 1 mois et demi plus tard toujours rien reçu, scooter mis a la poubelle et j ai racheté un europeen...la chine est et restera ce qu elle est...plus jamais j acheterai chinois...

Scammers. Ordered parts from their website and paid postage by credit card but they have not been sent.
Emails give standard response that they will notify when sent but this never occurs.
Requests for refunds are ignored. Checked a number of review sites and this is a common experience recently.

This company will cash in your payment when the part is not available. I ordered a fuel pump, which appeared as being available on their website, when this part was not in their stock. After 2 weeks, I reached out, "David" informed me they would follow up. Part never received. After several month, and loads of emails asking for an update, they are ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers.

scammers, I asked for the part, the shipping price was expensive, but I accepted it, then they made me pay customs fees, and when I finally have my part it doesn't work

Ich habe eine Bremsscheibe hinten für meinen Daelim S300 gebraucht. Obwohl ich Bilder von dem Fahrzeugschein zugesendet habe waren die nicht in der Lage die richtige Teilenummer rauszufinden. Stattdessen sollte ich Bilder von der vorhandenen Bremsscheibe zusenden. Völlig inkompetent.

Ich habe schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Für eine Daelim Otello 125 fi bestellte ich Bremssättel für vorne und hinten. Das Paket hätte eigentlich nach 2 Wochen da sein sollen. Nach Nachfrage und 7 Wochen kam es endlich. Im Paket war jedoch nur ein Bremssattel, welcher auch noch ein völlig falscher war. Die Kommunikation ist sehr schwierig und langsam. Da wird sich keine Mühe gegeben, das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen, Fragen werden nicht beantwortet.

Ordered some replacement parts. I wasn't keep in the loop at all about the shipping. After weeks of not hearing anything I contacted customer support. After very late replies and partially useless replies, I had to go pick it up at the post office.
Just because you ship from Korea doesn't mean the experience has to be this bad.
