DAExport is a professional pre-purchase car inspection and import check service that operates primarily across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, the company acts as an independent third party for car buyers, helping them mitigate the risks of purchasing a used or imported vehicle blindly. DAExport provides a variety of services to ensure buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle abroad or locally: - Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI): Buyers can choose a "Remote Inspection" where an inspector evaluates the car on their behalf, or an "Accompanied Check" where a mechanic examines the vehicle right by the buyer's side. Comprehensive Diagnostics: The inspection covers body and paint thickness measurements, engine and drivetrain evaluation, full OBD2 computer scans to verify real mileage and error codes, interior and electronics checks, and a test drive. Detailed Digital Reporting: Within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection, clients receive a comprehensive PDF report featuring over 50 high-quality photos, 4K videos, and a thorough breakdown of any discovered technical issues. Expert Price Negotiation: Inspectors utilize the technical flaws and diagnostic data found during the evaluation as leverage to negotiate a lower purchase price with the seller, which often covers the cost of the inspection itself. Additional Resources and Checks: DAExport also offers a downloadable DIY inspection field guide, online VIN checks to decode a car's history, car sourcing, interior detailing, and headlight polishing. DAExport's mission is to provide an objective, emotion-free assessment of a vehicle so that the buyer's decision rests on verified hard facts rather than a seller's promises.
