Worst customer service, no working phone number
I sent money and the status was saying "processing" for more than a week. I contacted their customer service to explain me the reason for delay or to refund the money if they cannot transfer it on time or give a timeframe.
Everytime I ask about that status , they ask again and again," how can we help you?" as if it's a new request . I wish I could post the screenshot of our conversation here. After 9 days, I haven't gotten my money payed out or refunded. They still ask me how they can help me? I am practically begging for my money. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They have zero professionalism. They cannot be reached by phone. They have customer service"phone numbers". I tried them, but none of them work! Never again!
