So much horrible,and I really regret


So much horrible,and I really regret using this Dahabshiil because it’s almost 4 days now since I made a transfer and still the cash has not been delivered,despite providing all the documentation they as for.I have been making calls and the only thing they know is to take me round and round,not knowing that making calls from one country to another is very expensive.I have been calling asking them to cancel the transfer and refund the cash back but it’s all in vein,now it has reached a point they don’t pick my calls and answer my emails.So much stressful and frustrating.
