Worst money transfer service I have


Worst money transfer service I have ever used. They asked for my payslips, three months of bank statements, and several other documents. I provided everything they requested, but they still held my money. The whole process was frustrating and felt like a nightmare. I would not recommend this service.

This is my first time using this app to send money. The transfer has been pending for more than 12 hours, which is disappointing. With other apps I’ve used, transfers usually arrive within 5 minutes.

Because of this delay, I’m not sure I will use this app again. Could you please explain why the transfer is taking so long and when the money will be delivered?
