Transfered money to 2 recipients who are poor and needy via the app. They didnât even get a notification and when they travelled 1 hour to receive the money one was rejected and the other had to plea for it. I tried calling the phone number for support but was told to leave a voicemail and no response on the chat support. Disappointed.
