I have used Dahabshiil to send money before without any issue, and I already had the beneficiary saved in the app. However, this time my transfer was not completed after two days because the recipient’s number changed from MTN to Airtel in your system.

I think the system should be improved to detect or update these network changes automatically, especially for beneficiaries that are already saved and have received transfers before. It caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

Please improve the system to make transfers smoother and faster for customers.

Hallo, früher war euer Service sehr gut, aber ehrlich gesagt bin ich in letzter Zeit nicht mehr zufrieden mit eurem Service. Ich nutze die Talkremit-App seit mehr als 7 Jahren. Früher war sie sehr gut, aber in letzter Zeit werden Rabattcodes für Geldtransfers nur für Kenia angeboten. Entschuldigung, aber ich bin auch ein Nutzer der App und verwende sie als Somali für Somalia. Wo bleiben unsere Rechte? Warum bekommen wir keine kostenlosen Codes oder Angebote? Gibt es immer nur Vorteile für Kenia?“
