Went in for a budget friendly ratting air rifle. Mark recommended a snow peak ap900, that combined with a hawke scope was exactly what I wanted. Dad even came out with a used bsa r10 so he was over the moon too. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
And got to use the range

Friendly (and humorous) staff. Very helpful with purchase, which had a strange fault. Gun wildly inaccurate, which puzzled staff too. However, exchanged happily and let me test gun in their range for a decent period until satisfied.

Diabolical service from DAI Leisure, I bought a new Reximex Mito S pistol from them, it arrived late (after countless chasing it up), when it did eventually arrive it was faulty, they offered an exchange which i refused as I wanted to return it for a full refund (as I wasn't prepared to wait any longer), they were late at collecting it (again full of excuses), the driver sent to collect the faulty pistol also arrived carrying a replacement pistol, which I again refused, as I'd already told them several times that I was going for a simple refund so I could take my business elsewhere.
Anyway, I had to go through my bank for the refund as DAI were completely useless at doing anything it seems.
All in my experience with DAI took a total of 3 months from start to end, 3 months!!
This company are good at taking your money but will then lie from then on regarding if they even have the item in stock, dispatch day, times, etc.
Don't just take my word for it, read the countless other negative reviews that others have left & avoid this company like the plague.
I bought the Mito from Range & Country in the end, they had it from Lincolnshire to me in Devon within 4 days, superb service 👍🏼

I've used DAI for a number of years now and had good service when purchasing from their selection of shooting goods.
This week however they went above and beyond. The gun set I had purchased online was out of stock but Joe pulled the stops out and sorted me an excellent package.

Hello well let me tell you about my experience with DAI, firstly about JOE, who I’ve dealt with several times and I must say he does a brilliant job 👍🏻 he’s been very helpful and knowledgeable about my choice in air rifles having sold me quite a few now and has never let me down. He gives you his honest opinion which I find very important his mannerism is very friendly,curtious and polite. Well done JOE. I must add that the team at DAI are a friendly team
