A friend of mine pointed me toward Pellpax as a source to purchase a CO2 powered air pistol. I specifically wanted a replica copy of the German Walther Luger.
I found the web site easily and was pleasantly surprised by the large number of products available and spent a lot of time 'window shopping'. I looked at the version made by Umarex and ordered. The process was easy and the requirements for age verification and proof of identity were clear. The pistol arrived as per order. I had taken advantage of the 'Pistol Kit Upgrade' and have to say I am very pleased with both the quality of the pistol and also the service provided by pellpax. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and shall be ordering additional products from them.

This company is what others should aspire to be like. Although timelines can be a little slow due to the nature of the delivery system (private couriers vs national as they are handling 'dangerous goods' etc) Their customer service is exceptional.

I bought a cheap pistol which unfortunately malfunctioned on first use, I called them up and they offered me a replacement immediately. The same model wasn't in stock but they allowed me a slightly better product (and more expensive) instead.

I just recieved the new item and swapped for the faulty one and I'm very impressed and thought they deserved the praise.

Worst company on the planet DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they sell faulty items then send threatening messages and harass you when you want a refund!!! Disgusting customer service dont waste your time!

Very helpfull when contacted, delivery was very cheep compered to other sites and very quick. wide range of products at resonable prices. the website was very easy to navigate, though somtimes a bit lacking in the discriptions.
