I really enjoy Dane and his encouragement during each workout. The workouts are just right for me.

Enjoyed it. CiCi always gives a very challenging workout.

The workouts are easy to access. I wish this workout was a bit longer.

Just signed up and used it for the first time - so far so good. Got me moving.

I like how they do the exercises and they show you how to do them. It is simple and it is easy. I am happy with the videos.

Michael is one of my absolute favorites! DB strength workouts are also my fav (some weeks there’s only one, wish it was 2-3). Michael’s cues and humor help speed the workout along, and it was doable (and not overwhelming).

Great class for someone getting back into pilates after surgery

This was a great workout! Recently found Brad as an instructor. Really love how he incorporates “brain work” with physical work.

I have been using daily burn for several years now in addition to weight training. I lost more than 50 lbs over 2 years! The new retro program is great.

One of the features I really like is a weekly email on Sunday which helps me plan cardio in the mornings

Though it’s no longer live each morning there’s enough variety in the library that I keep rediscovering good workouts from great trainers

My favorite trainers are Nora, Cece, Boogie, CPK, Robin, and Michael

It was a great workout. I need to lose some weight back to where I used to be last year, and need to stay fit for an upcoming pregnancy, preparing for our last girl is important. Need to be healthy for her and for me.

Daily Burn has a great variety of workouts. I like the option to have a quick or longer workout.

It was a good fast pace workout, and Phoenix always makes it fun.

This was a true full body workout with cardio, strength and a little mobility. Alot of fun and the time flew by

At my age 82, this workout gives be stability and balance. Keep this series of work outs available for my generation! I recently renewed and after years of trying other exercise programs I now realize that I should have never stopped using your program.
