My girls and I love this particular program with Dane. He's relatable the exercises are easy to do which I need especially with having bad knees I'm 51 years old and have been out of exercising for a few years.

15-20 mins is right for me, and I could see clearly to do the exercises and keep up, and I did feel effect in my muscles.

Great workout! Iâm in my 70âs and still need to get that cardio up. I didnât use the step, (used to in my 40âs and 50âs) but it still got my heart rate right where I need it to be. Thanks! Nice job keeping it fun!
