I recently discovered these juices via Gailâs and Butter and Crust and being very pleasantly surprised and happy with the product, and by the Ethos of the company using good produce that might otherwise go to waste I decided to buy direct!
Iâm very pleased so far, the website is easy to navigate, they delivered on my preferred date and the Juices, I chose the Dulce Verde bundle, are Super so Happy Customer thatâs also just ordered the mixed bundle!

Ive had many celery juices before but these were gross. I mentioned that one was transparent like water and they told me not to drink it but dont want to reimburse me. Theyâre not even responding to my email. It took them 6 days to deliver these perishable products. For sure not ordering from them anymore.

Good product but poor service + delivery
Really good product but unfortunately service and delivery schedule is very poor. Using couriers to supply a very perishable item is a huge mistake. many time we have had to waste product due to unknown storage in delivery facilities. I suggested wholesale suppliers to combat this problem but to no avail. No option for direct debit either which as a business is not ideal. Poor communication on accounts side of things with the accounts team not knowing much about the actual product only the figures. Such a shame as they have a great product.

It's pressed not squeezed orange juice
It's pressed not squeezed orange juice so I'm really disappointed, tasting more like concentrate than fresh orange. Sorry but I ffell for the advert and am totally unimpressed.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Itâs a shame because I like the product and have been ordering off and on for years, I wonât be ordering from them again. I was charged 3 times in 4 days, it should have been one charge for one box. Two of the charges were from different dose company names. I received all 3 boxes and wouldnât have had an issue and just paused my subscription but the last box was all broken. When I requested a refund it was denied. Not a way to treat loyal customers at all.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Juice cleanse was not delivered when it said it would be. I was told a new delivery had been ordered and would be sent out 2 days later, only to then be informed on the day of delivery that the new delivery couldnt be sent due to stock issues. Customer service team is non-responsive, unhelpful and generally awful.
Delayed delivery with poor communication
Asks what day you would like the juices delivered so I picked Monday, but then I am emailed to say they do not deliver Mondays.
Delivery rescheduled to Saturday but the whole day passed and nothing arrived. The tracking link provided is for someone else from August 2024.
No courtesy email to say the item was running late.
I emailed to ask where it was (Saturday evening) and got a reply on Monday to say they were out of stock of one of the items so the delivery was delayed. No apology for the inconvenience. Told it would be delivered today, still no tracking link or update.
Shame as this has completely put me off and I have cancelled repeat orders. Daily Dose you need to sort out your ops & logistics if you want to retain customers.
Lovely fresh juices to be enjoyed
Had my first âDaily Dose juiceâ in a coffee shop. Ordered a variety of juices and smoothies online as had really enjoyed it and not come across the company before. Fast delivery, really well packaged as freezer block was still mostly frozen on arrival. Dates were good for fresh juices and Iâm a very delighted customer. Will be ordering again.
Delicious juice, but terrible customer service when things go wrong
Put an order on 1st Jan 2025 and received shipping update order on 2nd Jan. I realised the confirmation email had an incorrect tracking number for DPD (saying a different parcel had been delivered to a different address in July 2024) and despite reaching out to DD I've not heard back, and the juices as far as I'm aware have not been delivered. Overall rather disappointing customer service / management of orders which is a shame as the juices are lovely!
