Horrible experience - zero communication, dismissive of return requests. Do not Recommend at All.

Horrible quality, thin material and they just don’t fit well. When you ask to return, they do not accept returns in the US. The shipping cost to return the product costs more than the actual product. If you choose to exchange the product then they offer a US address. Even then you have to fully buy the new product and then the return process can begin. Never again

The worst and most unethical, dishonest business ever, disguising itself as a small business. The clothes are poor quality, thin material and inconsistent cuts/sizing. Worst of all, they won’t honor a US return address and only accept returns to Shenzheng, China - where shipping is more expensive than the actual items. But they will offer a US rerouting address for exchanges. They should not allowed to do business in the US if they can’t warrant a true return/refund policy.

DO NOT buy from this company - the quality is mediocre and they make you return to the UK even though they ship from NY super expensive do Amazon, @halara_official or shein way better

Ordered and never received my order no contact detail on website - did a chargeback with my bank after 4 weeks not receiving my order. Company proceeds to send me multiple emails threatening legal action unless I reverse the chargeback - terrible company

. Product arrived weeks after I ordered them. The item ordered was nothing like the description. Short leg will be far too long for petite women, the colour was different and the material felt cheap.
When asked if I can return and my disappointment they asked if they ‘ could review if they sent the wrong product’ to which the outcome was that what they sent was ‘correct.’
I wanted to return and get a refund and I STILL have no idea if I can… I hold out no hope for an ACTUAL REFUND! To start a return seems to be a challenge.
I will not be buying from this company again!

Awful product and customer service. The trousers aren't as expected at all - the front is very baggy and makes me look huge due to the (bad) pockets. I asked to return the trousers and had to pay for tracked international postage to the US, which cost as much as one pair of their trousers. Terrible experience, would really advise against purchasing anything from them.

Extraordinarily slow postage - if I had known they were in the US, I would not have ordered from them, but this isn’t clearly stated anywhere on their site. When I got the trousers, they were broken, cheaply made and horrible quality fabric. I requested a refund and for reasons I don’t understand they sent me a second pair I didn’t ask for. I am now having to return both from the UK to the US which I have to pay for myself because they don’t have a returns mechanism. I even received a threatening email because they wouldn’t refund me despite getting a broken product and I contacted my bank to help instead.
Awful company, just avoid.

This company sold me a pair of pants that were not at all like the description. The photo on the website was a great, high quality pair of pants and I received a fully transparent, see through pair of pants that were horrible quality. I tried to return the pants and the company would only let me return them if I paid for return INTERNATIONAL shipping which would have been more than the cost of the pants. Given that I was sold a faulty and inaccurate product, which is no fault of my own, and the company wouldn’t let me return the pants without paying, I disputed the charge with my bank.

A month later, I get an email from their “fraud team” that because they are a small business this could $50 chargeback will really affect them and they are now taking legal action unless I cancel the chargeback. You know what really affects me as a consumer? Not getting the product that was advertised on your site.

If a $50 chargeback for a faulty product that you’re actively selling with an inaccurate photo and description hurts your business, what a waste of your company’s time and money to go after a VALID chargeback. I’d recommend reevaluating your businesses priorities if you’re worried about being affected as a small business. I will be keeping my chargeback as this scare tactic won’t work on me when I have a very valid reason to dispute this transaction.

Terrible quality and worse customer service requiring me to pay for tracked shipping back to them internationally. I would never buy from this company. Be warned

I requested refund, they denied, i went to dispute the charges to my bank- now they threatening me with pressing charges as fraud on me?! Ridiculous

Avoid. I ordered two pairs of the wide-leg pants when they were on offer. Daisy Grace use Yodel as a delivery partner - I received a message at 1am on a Thursday stating my order was due to be delivered on that day, it was then apparently delivered just after 9am when I had already left for work. The delivery note stated that it was left in a “safe place” in my “front porch”. I don’t have a front porch and I hadn’t agreed a safe place - I checked the photo and it had actually been left on my front doorstep in full view of a central London street. Needless to say, by the time I got home, it was gone. Daisy Grace have refused to refund the items as they were “successfully” delivered (despite essentially being dumped in the street) and Yodel have denied any knowledge/responsibility and keep referring me back to Daisy Grace. So I’ve basically paid for items I have not received but it’s no-one’s fault or responsibility. Appalling customer service.

This is a financial scam!! Stay away!! I lost £70 over 2 horrible pants that I cant return because they expect me to pay £100 for international postage (despite me requesting for a cancellation within an hour of placing the order)!!!

Pants were defective. To return them was going to be ridiculously expensive due to having to ship them overseas. They only offered me a 20 percent discount after going back and forth. Not worth the risk. They basically have made themselves return proof. Quite the business model.

The white Daisy Grace pants I bought were completely see-through, which is ridiculous. When I tried to return them, I was told I had to pay for return shipping—on top of the fact that they don’t even offer prepaid labels. They offered me £15 store credit or a 10% refund, basically hoping I’d forget about the poor-quality product. The whole experience has been a joke. I’ll never buy from them again.

Do not buy from this company! The trousers are the cheapest, poorest quality material ever. I bought a white pair - they are totally and utterly see through as they aren’t lined. Look nothing like the photos on line. I have tried to contact the company to return them but they do not reply to emails or messages.

This company is deceiving. Don't BUY!!!! The pants that I received are different from the picture. It took two weeks to receive. They are poor quality and unflattering. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. I didn't realize they are shipped from CHINA! There is not contact number, only via email (good luck getting a reply). They don't offer free returns. I'm going to have to eat the cost and donate them or throw them out! Don't buy from this cheap Chinese company. After going back and forth, they offered 10% refund and agreed only on 20%. They refunded me $21 from $71.99. 😳

Verschrikkelijk. Ik heb hier een bestelling geplaatst, product komt alles behalve overeen met de afbeelding online, dit is erg misleidend.
Besloten de producten terug te sturen, in de voorwaarden staat beschreven dat dit naar China moet. Echter kreeg ik een ander adres (naar NewYork) doorgestuurd, hier heb ik het heen gestuurd. Mijn pakket is terug gestuurd wegens een ongeldig adres.
Het bedrijf reageert niet meer op mijn e-mails, en ik krijg nu geen refund. Kortom NIET BESTELLEN HIER!!
