Appalling service. I didn’t like the shape of the trousers upon their arrival. I was offered a small refund as compensation, I told them I wanted to return for a full refund so they reluctantly provided me with an address.
I organised a tracked return to New York (from UK) costing me £13 which is non refundable by Daisy Grace, only for the address provided by Daisy Grace Customer Services to be undeliverable. I have two pairs of trousers I won’t be able to wear, I’m £83 down and am no closer to resolving this issue. Disgusting.

Stupidly I didn’t check reviews before buying but I’m glad I didn’t as it would have probably put me off and I have had a great experience with Daisy Grace! The trousers I bought are great quality for the price. The only issue I had was they sent the wrong colour, though customer service was great, really quick to reply and resolved quickly but offering to send the correct pair out with no need to return the ones I have.

Do not use this company! Bought wide leg trousers and they took weeks to arrive. The quality of the material is really poor. You’d honestly get much better at Primark for a quarter of price. First time worn noticed the waistband collapsing and then the fastener fell off. Contacted customer service and told there was nothing they could do because the labels had been removed. Really awful company please avoid.

Do NOT use this company, terrible quality clothing with an awful and inconsistent fit, very rude and unhelpful customer service, and the return address is in New York so it costs just as much to return the items as it does to purchase them in the first place. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!

Do not shop here. The cloths are cheap and poorly made. My order come faulty, I let them know. They then went ahead and sent out a new pair of trousers that I did not request and I now have to pay to send them back for a refund however I was offered a 10% refund and keep the item of I want. Complete joke and scam of a company do not waste your money

The return address is also in New York I dread to think how much that's going to cose and very convenient that that bit of information is not provided on there website

The trousers that I brought are advertised all over Instagram they are nothing like the pictures, very very cheap quality and it felt like the trousers were socked in some sort of sticky film type stuff. Not something I would like to wear.

Horrible quality and customer service. Total scam and they don’t offer returns without you paying an exorbitant amount for international shipping.

Do NOT order from this company. They are US based and do not tell you so if you want to return anything it costs a small fortune. I was flying to the US in a week but they wouldnt extend the return time so I could post while over there. Customer service was poor. On top of that, the reason I wanted to return the product was the pathetic quality of the item. Awful, cheap and ill fitting item. Nothing like the insta videos.

Like many others before me, I should've definitely checked these reviews before buying. I ordered 3 pairs of trousers, all in the same size. Well they arrive and the sizes of each 3 pairs are totally inconsistent with one another. So of course it is an inevitability that some would have to be returned.
The material is also very cheap and feels like something you would expect to get from SHEIN.
To return the items, even though they are not as described, you have to post them to... New York. And pay for it yourself. Currently in the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards, and seeking advice from Citizens Advice. STEER CLEAR. They also delete any negative comments from their instagram

No returns what the hell! Don’t buy!

Ordered three different sizes of the same trousers after seeing an advert on instagram, should have checked the reviews which seem to be saying the same problem I’ve encountered which is basically no returns on your items. In their response, they claim to be 'small' business and that's why, good luck getting customers to return to you.

Do you not order from this company! There is no return and the quality is terrible. I paid 71.99 for 2 pairs of pants. I had to pai 47 dollars to return to UK but confidently enough they had a exchange center in the US but not return center. Just a bunch of scamers. Please be aware. They also did not reimburse me my full amount and kept the 0.99 claiming that it was some bank waiver thing. Terrible company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a pair of white trousers for my wedding registry office service, they were nice but a bit too long so I reordered the shorter leg instead and followed the returns page advice and emailed on the 5th August asking how to return, I got a reply quickly from Jela asking why I wanted to return. I explained they were too long and I had already reordered, Jela replied again saying to send it back tracked to an address which I did, and kept the proof of postage receipt.

A couple of weeks passed and I got no refund back so I sent an email chasing up the refund on the 21st August, and no one replied which was odd as they were quick to respond previously.

I sent a couple of DM's on Instagram, these were ignored too. I emailed Jela again on the 29th August with my proof of delivery back to the return address that they provided me with asking them to send my refund as this is getting silly now. I had no reply or refund so a MONTH later I sent a third and final email asking for my refund or I would be forced to open a chargeback request with my bank. Guess what - no reply SO they had ignored me for about 2 months now and not refunded me...

4th October they have the nerve to send me an email from somebody called Victoria from 'Fraud prevention' saying that they had received a chargeback and that as a 'small business' this could really "hurt them" and that they have proof my order was delivered to me - (I never disputed that it was delivered I opened a chargeback due to the return so this is clearly a template that they send to everyone.) It also said that if I didn't cancel the chargeback they start LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST ME and DEBT COLLECTION AGENCIES. (I'm sorry but you've gotta laugh at this point... they want to send debt collection agency to me when THEY OWE ME MONEY.)

My favourite part is where they ask me to email them back so we can 'resolve this amicably' (I've been emailing for 2 months with no reply from them) and so I did email them back on 4th Oct explaining that I had opened the chargeback because I returned the trousers as per their returns instructions and had not been refunded and my emails requesting my refund had been ignored and therefore I was left with no choice but to open a chargeback as I had give them plenty of time to resolve this amicably. Guess what... NO REPLY AGAIN 🥲🙃 I have sent a follow up email on 9th October asking Victoria why she hasn't replied to me and as of today 17th October, they have not replied.

Laughable really, worst treatment of customers and I still have not had my money back so hopefully my bank can get this back for me.

UPDATE 31st October: After Victoria ignoring my 2 emails back to her threatening email, after I left this review she reached out to me again asking me to drop the chargeback so they could refund me. I replied that I had tried allowing them to do the right thing and I did not believe that they would refund me or respond to any of my emails if I dropped the chargeback. Today the chargeback was resolved in my favour so I have now got my money back because my bank forced it from them. Bad review still stands, lesson learnt and will never use again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They refused to cancel my order 5 days before it was shipped saying it was too late. I tried to cancel immediately after placing. Items arrived over two weeks later and are terrible quality.. trousers fraying and threads lose. When I asked to return these items, which are shipped from China but expected ME to pay for the cost of shipping the return to New York. Didn’t even come with Daisy Grace packaging… they are covered in Chinese characters inside Shein/Temu style bags. Really unimpressed.

Scam! Awful product and NO returns!

The returns policy is through an email and no one responds, I requested it 2 days after receiving and then again 10 days later and won’t hear anything back.

The trousers are awful and I regret not checking these reviews before hand. Never buying from an advert on Instagram again before checking reviews here!

Horrible customer service bought white pants. Please don’t buy the material is garbage and see-through. They won’t do exchanges absolutely nothing like described online. Do not purchase from this company. I only bought the pants but would never buy anything else from there. Absolute trash was.

The infamous pants look nothing like advertised. The quality of the pants is so cheap and not worth the money (even on sale). I’m so dissapointed and they make returns painful. Would not recommend. The brand is also located in the UK, so If you’re in Australia, you need to pay return shipping which will cost you approx $46!! Not worth it.

Horrid experience to return items which left me £27 out of pocket. Don’t purchase from this company.

Customer Service tried to have me change my return shipment from NY to the UK and pay for INTL shipping so they didn't have to move product in their warehouse. I returned 2 months ago with order number and info in the bag per their instructions, and then was told they wouldn't be able to process it without a tracking number after I had already sent the shipment. Now they won't return my emails and have not refunded me. Absolute scam company
