Hi, We take all feedback seriously; however, Daisycon maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the integrity of lead generation. Our compliance team, in conjunction with the advertiser, performed an audit of the activity on this account which confirmed multiple breaches of our technical and quality standards.

The decision to terminate the account and withhold payment was based on multiple data that indicate misconduct of our service. If you would like a more detailed explanation of these findings, please feel free to contact us directly via support@daisycon.com.

Wat vervelend dat de campagne keuringen lang openstaan. We kunnen dit mogelijk versnellen door contact op te nemen met de adverteerders. Zou je een mail kunnen sturen met daarin jouw publisherID en de campagnes die lang openstaan? Dan gaan wij daar achteraan voor je.

We vinden het enorm vervelend voor je dat jou dit is overkomen. Ondanks dat onze naam is gebruikt in de communicatie, hebben wij hier niks mee te maken. Het lijkt er dan ook op dat je het slachtoffer bent geworden van oplichting. Dit hebben wij ook doorgegeven aan de politie en waar nodig verlenen wij onze volledige medewerking.

We wensen jou heel veel sterkte en hopen van harte dat je een oplossing vindt.

Het spijt ons te horen dat je een negatieve ervaring hebt gehad met onze diensten. We streven er altijd naar om onze publishers de best mogelijke ervaring te bieden en het lijkt erop dat we in jouw geval niet aan onze normen hebben voldaan.

Door een interne miscommunicatie is het verzoek niet goed in behandeling genomen en we komen graag met je in contact om deze alsnog naar behoren op te pakken. Zou je alsjeblieft contact met ons willen opnemen via publishers.nl@daisycon.com en daar nogmaals je verzoek kunnen neerleggen? Dan zorgen wij ervoor dat we het deze keer correct met je afhandelen.

Bedankt voor het achterlaten van je feedback. Echter vanwege het verbreken van de algemene publisher voorwaarden punten 1.5, 2.14, 2.20, 3.1 en 7.1 hebben we besloten de genoemde transacties niet uit te keren. Hierover is ook direct contact met je opgenomen.
