Cher client, nous n'autorisons aucune forme de diffamation concernant l'authenticité de nos produits. Tous nos produits sont 100% originaux et sont fournis par des fournisseurs officiels, cette diffamation peut donc faire l'objet d'une plainte.

Un desastre de empresa,pido dos camisetas,me cobran,al rato me envían email diciendo que solo me llegará una porque la otra está fuera de stock,nunca me ha pasado con ninguna otra empresa,el envío pone 24-48h,mentira,aún estoy esperando el pedido 4 días después,en fin,deja mucho que desear vuestro servicio

lamentamos la rotura de stock, su camiseta fue reembolsada en el mismo momento, y la otra ya la ha recibido y hay prueba de entrega , por favor no vierta información falsa realizo el pedido el 18/03 y hoy 20/03 lo tiene hemos cumplido las 48 horas de entrega

Fiz encomenda a 10/05/2025 e no dia 12/05/2025 ja estava a receber a minha encomenda. Sou comprador online mas estava com algum cuidado pois foi a minha primeira vez nesta loja. Tudo impecável, só tenho a falar bem pois o produto era top e a entrega impecável. Ganharam mais um cliente. Parabéns

Ils ont fait le travail
Je viens de faire un achat ( manteau Kway) tout c'est très bien passé, prix parfait et envoie DHL rapide. Je poste parce que les commentaires ne sont pas top et du coup je suis passé par PayPal au cas où il y aurait un problème. Mais vraiment rien à redire. Alors un bon commentaire et un merci à Dakonda d'avoir fait son travail ;)

Beware – Dakonda is not an authorized Woolrich seller, no warranty! They lie and scam
Avoid Dakonda at all costs! I bought a Woolrich jacket in February 2023, and after less than two years, the jacket ripped at the button slit – which is absolutely unacceptable for such an expensive product.
Dakonda refuses to cover the damage under warranty, wrongly claiming that I’ve already used my warranty. This is a completely new defect, not related to the previous issue with the zipper, and I’ve provided photos as evidence multiple times. Despite this, they continue to lie and ignore the facts.
They also claimed Woolrich denied my warranty claim, but when I reached out to Woolrich myself, they confirmed Dakonda is not an authorized retailer and that they have never made any such statements.
Dakonda has not only refused to assist, but their customer service is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I’ve already filed complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and the Spanish OMIC for their illegal practices.
Do yourself a favor – never buy from this scam company!

Sie haben vor zwei Jahren von Ihrer Garantie Gebrauch gemacht, als wir Ihnen die Rückgabe des Produkts oder praktisch eine finanzielle Entschädigung angeboten haben, was Sie akzeptiert haben, und sind nach zwei Jahren zurückgekehrt, um denselben Defekt zu reklamieren.
Gemäß dem europäischen Gesetz zum Käuferschutz und zur Garantie wurde Ihre Garantie bei Ihrer ersten Anfrage von beiden Parteien mit einer erheblichen Preisminderung gelöst. Da diese Garantie aufgrund weiterer nutzungsbedingter Preissenkungen ausgesetzt wurde, wurde der zweite Antrag aus einem ähnlichen Grund abgelehnt.
Esperienza ottima
Ho acquistato un paio di Nike ad un prezzo ottimo. In 3 giorni l'ho ricevuto. Davvero soddisfatto. Grazie Dakonda

Überaus schlecht.
Ich habe eine Jacke mit Nahtfehler erhalten.
Zurück senden auf eigene Kosten . 16,49euro. 4 Wochen später kam die Jacke zurück, woraufhin ich für diese nicht Zustellung auf Grund von unbekannter Adresse wiederum 10 Euro bezahlen musste.
Keine Rückerstattung von Porto.
Kein rücksende Etikett.
Das Risiko es wieder zurück gesendet zu bekommen ist mir zu hoch.

In keinem Fall werden die Versandkosten erstattet und dies ist in unseren Rückgabebedingungen angegeben. Ich sage Ihnen, dass, wenn wir den Artikel zurückerstatten, dies eine kommerzielle Geste ist, da seit dem Kauf mehr als ein Monat vergangen ist und ich nie Fotos sende. von der Mantel defekt, also wussten wir das nicht

tutto perfetto! ordinato delle scarpe ad un prezzo incredibile, meno della metà che altrove, originali, imballo perfetto, merce perfetta, spedizione perfetta, ho avuto un problema di incomprensione con il corriere, ma la merce è arrivata nei tempi previsti, comunicazione con il centro assistenza ottima, che dire comprate tranquillamente, rispondono ad ogni vostra domanda!
