After quite a lot of play, the big VIP “gift” was a branded mug and a small bonus with harsh wagering. Not impressive at all.

Didn’t really get the wagering stuff, thought I could just cash out. Turns out you have to roll it like crazy. Kinda feels like a trick even if it’s in the terms.

Withdrawal pending 6 days already. KYC done, sent documents twice. Support keeps saying “soon”. I only asked for 140 bucks, not a fortune. Getting tired of checking email every morning for nothing.

Was in the middle of a bonus and some timer popped saying I had to log in again for security. After logging back, the bonus was gone. Support said it's "normal behaviour". Didn't feel normal.

They added levels and badges and little fireworks every time you bet. I just want to play quietly, not feel like I'm in some phone game that keeps buzzing at me.

I specifically unchecked the bonus box on deposit, but still got a bonus added. Then I couldn't withdraw because of wagering. Support said it was "automatic" and they can't remove it once used. Super irritating.

Requested 600, they sent 400 and said the rest would follow later due to limits. It finally came, but the splitting was never clearly explained upfront. Just another thing to keep track of.

Joined because my buddy said he had some luck here. I didn’t. Lost my first deposit in under an hour on the same slot he swears is “hot”. Maybe it’s just timing, but it left a bad taste and I uninstalled right away.

Standard service, nothing outstanding but works without errors.
