TAKES MONEY, DELIVERS NOTHING

ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A PURCHASE USING FINANCIAL INFORMATION. (Had to cancel a card for attempted purchases that happened after dealing with these guys)

I thought an ad generated by Google was legitimate, but that’s how I found this place. Man, I’m poor. I can’t afford to be cheated. It’s literally the difference in how many groceries I put back while in the checkout line. They were about to steal $120 from me. That’s hard, and it’s just wrong. Don’t give these people your money.

Never got my order and no responses from messages sent. Looks like they are out of business but still have their site up and ripping people off.
Edit: 5/2/24 it looks like the website has been taken down I never did get what I ordered and I filed a complaint with my bank hopefully they can get my money back

Scam!!! They won't answer or reply to multiple emails. Beware. Calling credit card to dispute the charges.

Ordered from them on April 2, but still no item. Have done everything everyone else has done and no response. I will contact my bank on Fri. as this company can no longer sell the items they have listed, and they are advertising all over the internet. They must be stopped because they are taking folks money when they know they cannot sell any longer the antibiotics here in the states.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Had to dispute with my bank to get a refund. Company will take your money and will NOT ship anything. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered April 4, it is now April 17 and still no product. No response to email. Did not read recent Trust Pilot reviews before ordering, big mistake. Everyone this month is not receiving products.

I need to call my credit card company. They instantly charged my credit card but when I realized I'd ordered the wrong thing, I tried to cancel. The only way of doing this is to email them. There was never any response. I emailed twice, left them a phone message, tried their chat (they supposedly have 24/7 chat but no one ever responds), and filled out a form on their site. NOTHING. I don't think this company exists but they have no issue charging your credit card.

I put in a dispute with Visa which is always good about refunding money because I put in a dispute so seldomly. This co comes up first on Google and should be removed from Google search.

SCAM! read the reviews, ordered and never received a response to my emails or calls.

I am going to report this shop not only to the BBB and Attorney General in their state. This is insane that they are doing this. All I had wanted was my Doxycycline and they were another scam company. I had my family order it and of course I didn't read these reviews until it was too late. No matter. I will be doing everything I can to at least close this website down. It is one of the first that shows on Google and is making a killing ripping everyone off. I don't stop when I know something is wrong and it has wronged myself or those close to me. I have closed a hotel down with the state fire marshals (that belonged to a police officer, actually), had a doctor to report another, gotten a police officer fired for stealing from others' homes, reported a property manager and the bank owning the properties to the environmental section of the local health department and properties were condemned, and there is so very much more. Just know, I will be coming for you, Dambshop. My family was the last ones you wanted to rip off.

Placed order 4-4-24, as of 4-12-24, no updates. Non working phone number, non working chat, and no response to emails. Scammers. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I'm thinking this company is a scam. I ordered meds, they took my money ( which is a lot when on social security) and never shipped the product. I've e mailed 3 times and gotten zero response. Tried to call, but call will not go thru with the number listed send me the order or refund my money.

Like the other reviews on here that I didn't think to research b4 ordering, I placed an order on April 4, nothing...tried to call on April 11, straight to voicemail...tried to live chat on their website, they never responded. If they can no longer sell products it should be removed from their website at the very least they should respond to their customers. Zero stars.

I was looking at the reviews here because i too was going to buy Fish Antibiotics from their website. I read many of the reviews stating their money was taken but no products was shipped. As of December 2023, FDA has cracked down on all antibiotics being sold online for animals. DambShop cannot legally send Fish Mox (most well known brand) to any US resident. Please do not order this item from any shop advertising for US shoppers. I hope they update their website to reflect this information.

Unfortunately I didn't read the review before I ordered. Ordered on April 1 heard nothing about shipping

I ordered on March 21st, never received a confirmation email, I emailed the company and called April 2nd, still no response. So I called my bank (fraud department) explain the situation, hopefully I get some results (their good for taking care of veterans)
It's a complete scam. Do not order anything for them. Next step is to inform Google fraud department about the website.

Our order never arrived. That’s not the problem. I know delivery issues occur but I’ve emailed a dozen times with no response, called them a dozen times and it goes to voicemail with no response and used their FAKE live chat a dozen times with no one ever chatting back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They do NOT care about their customers at all and have absolutely no viable avenues to speak with anyone should you have a concern or issue.

No response from seller. Item never shipped. Website says 2-3 day shipping delay. 2 weeks and still nothing!!! No word from them. I'm seeing a lot of similar reviews in the last few months. Any good review looks like a fake account. Would definitely not trust the seller. Spent 90 bucks on a product thank God I used PayPal so they helped me out and I got my money back!

This "company" is a scam. 2 numbers at their website. Main one in upper left corner rings 3 times then fast busy. 2nd number is next to "emailing" option if you click to contact them. That number says the text messenging service is unavailable. Chat window NEVER gets a response even after HOURS of waiting. Called my bank to dispute charge and reported company as fraudulent entity.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 fish antibiotics from them back in November, they sent me one, but have never sent out the other, they won't respond to my emails, the phone number is a free textnow number, and the other phone number doesn't do anything either. I've emailed them several times. I've used there customer service from their website, no one responds. They stole $86.00 from me and won't give it back or even send me the right product.
This company shouldn't be allowed to do business. And shouldn't have the stars it does.
I can't say they have terrible customer service because they don't have a customer service.

They collect your money but don't ship the product. Had to refute the charges with my bank.
