Ordered a magnifying mirror with 10x magnification, but never received a proper order confirmation, only shipping notices. Then they sent me a confusing email about something else that had nothing to do with my order, a sign that they have no clue what they’re doing, or maybe that’s their way of confusing their customers? After a month of checking on shipping delays I received a 3x mirror. They say I ordered 3x, which is not true because I already have a 3x, and needed a more powerful one. After 2 months of very slow email responses they want me to ship it all the way back to China at my expense before reimbursing me. That will cost almost as much as the original purchase.

Received order last night…size 10.5 white sneakers…aesthetically exactly what I expected…they were far too narrow and too short…fit more like a size 10 or 9.5… wanted to return for a larger pair…offered a 50% refund…not happy at all.
