I went to the first Dance Yourself Free Friday. What a fabulous experience. Fran is a great burlesque teacher and put together a routine that was amazing and easy to follow. So many ladies there just enjoying themselves and learning sassy moves. Thanks Fran. Xx

Fran and her team did an absolutely brilliant job in providing the entertainment for my wife’s 60th birthday party. She communicated extremely well with us beforehand to make sure that everything would be how we wanted it. On the day, everyone really enjoyed the Bollywood dancing lesson. Fran made it easy for everyone to follow and join in… even people who wouldn’t normally dance! The overall effect of the finished dance was fantastic and everyone had a really great time. Fran then provided music for the rest of the party. She put together a wonderful playlist which she had researched beforehand to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. She really went the extra mile for us… she was happy to stay until the end of the party and was brilliant with the young children that were present. She made our party such a success and I am very happy to highly recommend her.

Fran is an incredible teacher and a wonderful human being. We thoroughly enjoyed our first dance class with her, and although I came in feeling nervous and apprehensive, I left feeling excited to show our guests our moves! Can't recommend Fran highly enough.

Have been to a few of frans dance classes and WOW I have never enjoyed a class so much! Such a lovely environment and what a wonderful teacher! Could dance the night away! Would be such a good idea for a hen party! 💃🏼

I decided to join this class as a chance to get out the house and try and get fit after having a baby and having zero confidence about my body. Fran is the most welcoming and lovely person and instantly makes you feel at ease and the class is so much fun. I’ve met some lovely ladies who I now call my friends and Tuesday nights are my favourite night of the week. If you’re thinking of coming along to a class DO IT!!! Honestly the best impulsive decision I’ve ever made. Thank you Fran for making me feel better about myself every single week 🩷

A great, fun, uplifting class. Fran is a first class tutor, who greets everyone with a heartwarming welcome and makes everyone feel comfortable. Whether you are young, mature, fit or unfit, this class will lift your spirits, give you a good workout and a smile on your face.

Been going to Fran's class for a year now. Simply put I love it. I had no dancing experience but love dancing. I am on the more mature side and not the most confident but can't believe I now learn a routine each week (good for the brain) and can keep up.
Fran instantly puts you at ease, the other ladies are friendly and welcoming, love my fun filled Tuesday nights.

A month ago I walked into Fran's class for the first time a nervous wreck with zero self-love and confidence. Since then, Fran and the other ladies have made me feel so welcome each week and the routines are so empowering that I am building so much confidence and compassion for myself and my body, in and out of the class! We asked Fran to take a dance class at our charity Bollywood event after she was recommended by a friend who had been to one of her previous classes. Fran was a fantastic leader- fun, engaging, encouraging and had 40 ladies of mixed ages loving every moment of the routine.
She was well organised and a pleasure to deal with. Several ladies asked for her details to run other events. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for any dance event.

First Dance picked....Elvis I can't help falling in love with you, fantastic song which we wanted to make extra special. I didn't want it to look like a school disco where you stand shuffling around for 3 minutes just going round in a circle!
Me & my husband are not natural dancers so Fran had her work cut out. Fran is so lovely. She's friendly, patient and come up with a great routine. The dance was broken down each week into manageable chunks for us to learn and videoed at the end of each session. We looked forward to each lesson, it made the lead up to our wedding fun and extra special.
Our friends and family loved our dance, it made a lovely surprise as we didn't tell anyone. Watching the video back and hearing the cheers from everyone was brilliant.

Fran was a dream, some killer tunes and her bubbly personality made everyone feel so comfortable. Having 0 dance experience and being with a large group where I didn’t know everyone - I was nervous, but can truly say I had the best time and she made me feel so at ease!! What a fun hen idea.

I’ve been to lots of Fran’s weekly burlesque classes and they are phenomenal, the highlight of my week! They’re so so fun and Fran creates an energy in the room where everyone feels so free to express themselves in their own unique way, it’s inspiring! Fran is super caring and nurturing as a teacher making everyone feel at ease and comfortable with something that could otherwise easily feel intimidating. Get yourself there, you won’t regret it!

My partner and I wanted a wedding dance choreographed for our first dance because I’ve been to so many weddings and that part of the evening is so boring and unmemorable. We had the perfect song for us as a couple, but it is quite upbeat so you can’t just get away with swaying and hoping for the best!

We reached out to Fran for help as I’m no dancer and not done a dance lesson in my life! - so a complete beginner! Fran made us feel really comfortable and was really patient and relaxed with us. Fran listened to what we wanted and understood our (limited) capabilities - she nailed it! She taught us in small chunks to be able to remember each sequence and videoed our progress along the way - this really helped us to practice in our own time as well!

We were absolutely thrilled with the final result and we couldn’t have asked for a better routine for us! I would 💯 recommend Fran to anyone wanting a really smooth and memorable first dance - especially if you are a complete beginner! Thank you for your hard work, patience & creativity Fran xxx

As a surprise, Fran did a 90's/00's banger themed routine for my hen party in August and it was the BEST THING EVER!
Having a group of friends where some had a background in dance, some no experience at all, Fran catered to all levels. She made everyone feel confident, sexy and most of all made sure we were having fun at all times!
My friends loved it so much, we're going to perform it at my wedding reception as a surprise.

I was recently invited for a friend's birthday to attend one of Fran's dance class parties. The theme was Mamma Mia and it was absolutely brilliant.
As Lady Captain this year of Epping Golf Club I have to raise money for my charity the NSPCC. I decided to have a Bollywood night for our lady members and asked Fran to teach us a routine to Jai Ho after our meal. Frans ability to get everyone up, hold our attention and laugh with us was amazing. The routine was pitched at the right level for a bunch of eager but not necessarily talented ladies! Fran was a pleasure to deal with and her routine had all our ladies up dancing and having a real giggle. Could not recommend highly enough!

It was amazing to see how much progress we had all made in such a short time, and the cheers and applause that followed were a testament to Fran's wonderful teaching skills. The smiles on everyone's faces, especially the bride-to-be Me!, were truly heartwarming.
