Arranged for a visit for Niels to look at our Combi Boiler for 12pm onwards. At 8.30pm I called Niels to ask why he did not let me know he wasn't going to turn up. He then said that he would get a bite to eat and be there in 25 minutes. Surely unacceptable?

Great - contacted Niels on a Sunday - he came 2 hours later and fixed not only my main problem (washing machine drain overflowing) but also the recurring stench we had for a couple years in our bathroom by cleaning the pipes when previous plumber had been unable to find the problem. It only took him 1,5 hour to fix everything and he really went the extra mile I found. I really appreciate, thank you very much again.

I called Neils on a Saturday to an emergency. He made time in his schedule to come and see the problem and fixed it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Superb work carried out with professional excellence. New halogen hob fitted into awkward work surface. Replaced old gas hob that was smaller. Managed to resize the hole and modified the existing electrical supply to meet modern safety standards. The whole installation has been faultless and we are very happy with everything.

Had an emergency plumbing job to replace the air pump flush system on the toilet before the arrival of an airbnb guest that evening. Neils was able to respond with half an hour and dealt within the repair works (including obtaining new parts after business hours) fast and efficiently. Everyone was happy. Simon

We had an emergency leak, a shower pump failed abs had water pouring and the isolation valve was broken. Neils came in a very short time from the initial call, worked in a very professional and timely manner and repaired the old system. I could not recommend him more highly.

I had a plumbing emergency with water pouring out of a pipe in the kitchen. This happened at 7pm on Sunday evening
and I called Neils immediately, so relieved as he answered the phone and was at my house within an hour.
He stopped the leakage immediately and then set about discovering the source (the piping from the hot water tank to my kitchen connection was faulty and had separated) then repairing the damage.
I cannot praise his services highly enough, responsive, professional and thorough, explained everything and did a fantastic job - thank you!
I have already booked him to come back to do other plumbing jobs.

We had a leaky pipe which came from a tap in the toilets. All sorted and properly done in good time, it was v good professional work at a good price

Boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve. Niels arrived within the hour and fixed problem with drain in boiler. Very friendly and efficient service at a good price highly recommended

Niels was available quicker than any other company we called. He was open an honest about what was causing delays with the job. Worked through those delays. Did the job well and cleaned up. And was able to keep up a good conversation for most of it too.

Niels was incredible. Called for emergency on a late Friday night. He arrived within 15 minutes and as soon as he walked in I felt secure. I just felt he knew what he was doing. He was so professional, and stayed with my husband till 2 in the morning emptying our water tank. Amazing! He was then there for us the next morning trying to work out a solution.
