GSH have been simply brilliant from start to finish on my mothers property. It was a big job removing an old back boiler and replacing with a combi. From the initial survey and quotation to the job itself was all completed within a week. Josh and Lewin both worked solidly for two days straight to get the job finished. They left the house immaculately clean, were extremely polite and professional and did everything they said they would, even popping back out to remedy a very minor issue which can be expected with a new system. We have no regrets using this company efficient , worth every penny with great work ethic.

Our 23 year old boiler finally gave up! Gas Safe Hero came out really quickly and gave us a fantastic price. This was replaced in one day and also flushed all our radiators. Matty and his colleague (sorry didn't get his name) tidied and cleaned so no mess! I would strongly recommend this company.

Great service at a good price. Very professional service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company. Work was all completed on the day and all scrap materials removed. The house was left in prestige condition it was difficult to know that any work had taken place.

We would 100% recommend Gas Safe Hero. They have fitted and serviced two boilers for us now. Installation was very quick and everything was left lovely and clean.

This is a genuine family business who really excel in ongoing customer service. They aren’t a firm who just fit boilers and then you never hear from them again - they go above and beyond to provide support whenever you need it.

Gas Safe Hero came to the rescue after we were woken by burst pipe and running water behind a wall in the early hours of the morning. The problem was immediately located and quickly and cleanly fixed. The lovely guys that called out were polite, knowledgeable and respected our property. I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Gas Safe Hero. Everything went smoothly from receiving and discussing estimate to actual removing old boiler and installing and commissioning new boiler and heating system. I cannot give enough praise for how the installation team, Nathan and the boys, performed with all work completed within 5 hrs. Also like to thank Gareth and Lauren for making this experience simple and straight forward.

I arrange for a new boiler to be installed at my parents flat. Very impressed with Gas Safe Hero, the whole process went extremely smooth and well from start to finish. I placed the order on 30/12/2025 and the new boiler was fitted and up and working by the afternoon of 31/12/2025. They went way above my expectations, so a big thank to Gareth and his team involved, Nathan, Jack and Lauren from their 1st class efforts.

From start to finish I can’t recommend Gas Safe Hero enough. From the quoting stage visit to installation of our New Boiler and follow up were 1st Class well done Gareth and Team I’ll be hopefully chatting towards the summer to fit some Air Conditioning. Carry on your great work. 👏👊🏁

First time dealing with Gas Safe Hero. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. I am totally amazed with how this team work so well together. They really looked after us….they didn’t treat us like customers….they treated us like family/ friends. I can’t recommend them enough.
We had a brand new central heating fitted and from start to finish, they kept us informed and even when a little “problem” had risen, they made no hesitation about it and quickly addressed the issue.

I contacted Gas Safe Hero after our boiler finally gave up and stopped working completely. With no hot water, no heating and a small child I was in a huge panic about getting the boiler fixed and QUICK. Less than 24 hours after making an initial enquiry on their website Gas Safe got in touch with me to find out more about my problem and got someone around to take a look the same day. Unsurprisingly the diagnosis was new boiler was needed. Nathan took me through all the options available and, knowing that budget was the biggest factor for us, made recommendations on the best option ... and threw in a couple of little extras too :) Boiler chosen, payment agreed we then arranged an installation date for 48 hours time. The fitters turned up, got to work and we didn't hear a peep from them all day! They had their heads down, bums up getting it fitted, making sure it worked and showing us how to use the boiler and the thermostat. We couldn't have been happier!
A couple of weeks later, we noticed a stain on the kitchen ceiling which seemed to be coming from the boiler cupboard. After having a look we discovered one of the pipes from the boiler was dripping and coming through the floorboards. Gas Safe Hero came to the rescue again, popped around and sorted the problem within minutes!
I'd recommend Gas Safe Hero to anyone. From start to finish they've been amazing and have helped make our house a toasty one again. The engineers/fitters were absolutely brilliant but I have to give a special shout out to Lauren who made sure all the paperwork was in place in time, made sure everyone was where they were meant to be at the time they were meant to be there and made sure everything went without a hitch. Thanks to the whole team!

I did my research when I was looking for a new boiler and Gas Hero were highly recommended. I was very impressed with the service we received from start to finish.
The communications from the beginning were very clear and precise with no hidden surprises.
The staff who fitted the boiler were very professional and were excellent with our dog, who can be a little protective sometimes. Even she sat and had lunch with the fitting team.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renew their boiler.
