When I did some online research, it seems danielfield mail order is not the label’s legitimate company.

We are really sorry to hear that the Water Colour didn't work for you. Our team is on the end of a phone to help with advice as we know it does cover grey hair very effectively once the right shade is chosen. However, we will always offer a refund or an exchange if you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason. Please be reassured that the Water Colour we sell is an official Daniel Field product. If you have any questions and would like to speak to us please call 01548 830560

The hair colour has not taken on the grey areas at all. Which was very disappointing after spending the time and effort.
Following my initial review I was contacted and offered a replacement colour or full refund which was appreciated.
