Draz chose courier companies which fake attemp to deliver items very disappointed customers services are not helping.

1. Authenticity Guarantee (Daraz Mall)
“All Daraz Mall products are 100% authentic and backed by a 2x Money Back Guarantee.”
📌 Violation:
The delivered earbuds had no visible ZERO branding, faded color, and did not match official images—clearly violating Daraz’s own authenticity guarant

3. Defective Product Policy
“If an item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, the customer may return it for a full refund within the return period.”
📌 Violation:
ENC feature non-functional, distorted call quality → product unfit for purpose

📌 Violation:
Refund was declined without inspection, evidence, or human review—only automated replies were sent.

📌 Violation:
Delivered earbuds were faded, appeared used, and did not match images shown on Daraz or ZERO’s official website.

C. Evidence of Unfair Practice & Illegal Deduction
7. 14-Day Return Assurance
“Return requests must be raised within 14 days from delivery.”
📌 Violation:
Return was raised within time, yet the matter dragged on for over one month, defeating Daraz’s own promise.

8. Illegal Partial Refund
“If the product is returned unused and without customer fault, a full refund shall be issued.”
📌 Violation:
Product was unused, returned twice, yet PKR 1,200 was unlawfully deducted without justification.

9. Reasonable Settlement Ignored
The complainant offered to accept PKR 2,500 as settlement despite paying PKR 4,200.

If the product were genuine, new, and as advertised, no loss should have occurred.
Forcing the consumer to keep a defective, faded, and misrepresented product violates:
Section 2(e), 2(g), 12 & 13 of Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005
Sale of Goods Act, 1930
Actions show systematic exploitation, not an isolated mistake.

I have been ordering things from daraz for over 4 years and not even once my orders have been misplaced and just not that what ever products I order the quality has always been best I love this app highly recommended must use.

They don't refund the amount once you deposit any funds. They bound you to buy from them and charged the shipping fee. They are scamming people using sellers sending low quality products.

Nice variety of products, can compare the prices to get the best offer, however sometimes the vendors are not verified but I have always received daraz wallet credit for that, so kudos to them! Low DC is cherry on cake.

Poor customer service

I have purchased many things from daraz ,my experience is overall satisfactory,but sometimes delivery gets late

Now they are doing side business through agents who fool people.

Do not purchase anything from them, their products's quality are mediocre and CS services are pathetic. I ordered from them but product was barely different and returned back to them. They transfered the amount to my Daraz wallet but all my efforts went futile while transferring amount to my bank account, jazz cash, Easypisa and even Nayapay. Transaction always goes failure and it doesn't work at all.
I would suggest do not waste your money to order from Daraz.
