I had a very disappointing experience with Daraz.

I ordered a car trunk mat, and the quality was extremely poor. As soon as I received the product, I immediately requested a return and refund. However, the process turned into a long and exhausting ordeal.

First, they delayed the pickup for over a week. After finally collecting the item, they rejected the return without any proper justification and sent the same product back to me.

After that, I contacted their support team multiple times. Each time, they asked for images and videos as proof, which I provided. I even uploaded everything to Google Drive as per their instructions. Despite this, they kept closing my case after a couple of days with generic apology emails instead of resolving the issue.

I reopened the case several times. At one point, a supervisor even contacted me and assured me that the issue would be resolved, but nothing changed. The same cycle continued, promises followed by case closures.

After more than a month of follow-ups, they finally refused to process the return, simply stating that nothing could be done.

This level of service is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to be a leading e-commerce company. It shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making purchases here, especially if you expect reliable customer support or a fair return policy.

Never pay in advance on daraz, or you'll not get your order, speaking from experience, they are a fraud platform.

I dont find any issue with the quality if you are buying in cheaper price the quality will be low. It was all good until govt imposed new taxes for ecommerce

I had a very concerning experience with Daraz. I used my credit card for payment on the Daraz app, and unfortunately my card information appears to have been leaked afterward. I noticed unauthorized activity on my card soon after using it on Daraz.

What worries me even more is that Daraz does not seem to securely save or protect payment methods. Because of this incident, I had to replace my credit card for safety.

I strongly recommend that Daraz improve its payment security and protect customers’ financial information. This experience has made me very cautious about using my card on the platform again.

The worst shopping online and then there is no way to return never ever buy from daraz , this is worst place to shop online related to products which are low quality and then return not possible

Please everyone delete Daraz app.wrong delivery service delivery time 200 days but no coming..

What's the point of discounts when you can't checkout? What a pathetic shopping platform.

The marketing system of Draz is a lot of nonsense. I asked for herbal Japanese gel and I got whitening skincare.

I placed an order on December 6 and I followed the tracker religiously. It says it was delivered on Friday and I have no package. My neighbours have not seen anything on their doorstep either I have contacted the customer service email and I’ve heard nothing. I fully expect to debate the charge on my credit card over this purchase.

such a bad service and costumer security breach,.....i recieved plenty of orders under my credentials and address, which i didn't even order,.....it is a shame for such a huge platform

I am a recent victim of delivery fraud. Scammers are using my name and address to deliver packages which I never orders. After receiving two and no way to return it and after exhausting all their support options which lead to a promise of some vague action and no refund, I'm done with Daraz. Now I am even worried about my credit card details they have on server.

Daraz ne meri seller payment 8 September 2025 se hold kar rakhi hai. Sare orders deliver aur verify ho chuke hain magar 3 months se koi clear jawab nahi diya ja raha.

Maine is issue ko Pakistan Citizen Portal, FIA Cyber Crime Wing, CCP tak escalate kar diya hai.

Yeh post kisi ko badnaam karne ke liye nahi, balkay seller community ko awareness dene aur apna haq hasil karne ke liye hai.

Poor Experience. Strongly not recommended. They have no control over their sellers. That is why sellers cheat customers, and customer care only says, 'We are sorry for this. We will investigate the issue, and that is it. If you order again on Daraz, the same thing will happen to you.

Very poor products quality, I also sell on daraz very very high returns ratio. very bad experience. When Daraz removed COD they become a successful marketplace in Pakistan.

Their own agents don't know how app works. They keep on lying and the app is just as deceptive.

Daraz mall is scamming workers
Prices of items keep getting higher till they drain all your money
