I’ve paid for reindeer November 24 been emailing since to get refund as they said first they had been delivered and was not there fault then they was late posting them they say they can only pay 50% of my money back I am now still fighting this with them for all my money I ordered 3 sets of reindeer’s I will not stop till I get all my money back they gave me 50% back but I want it all never buy from these they are con men beware

Never got my reindeer! Certainly paid for them… what a scam! Same notification of delivery as others have mentioned, never happened!

Paid for reindeers never received them how do they keep getting away with this before I buy anything else on line I'm going to look at the reviews
Managed to get 2 from Aldi bank is going to refund this to me thank god

Scam, scam scam!!! Said it was delivered to mailbox. Impossible as we are or were in middle of mail strike. Said I would be reimbursed. Has not happened and no response any more from seller.

This company has a fake website pretending to be a legitimate company. I never received my order. Filed a dispute with my bank and received a credit that was reversed about 10 days later. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I have had the same experience - DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND FALL FOR THE SAME THING THAT WE DID!

I recently had the same experience with Dardlaugh! Ordered but never received! After numerous emails back and forth checking on package ,still nothing! Scam!

I ordered these the 1st of November still haven’t received them.

I too fell for the scam. They say they delivered , but they don’t. Stay far away

Ordered and paid for bronze reindeer, never received them. Beware…this site is a total scam, I’m now seeing many others having the same experience.

*I have since contacted Aldi Customer Services - who were shocked by this and will be investigating this scam*

Like everyone else on here I too fell for this scam! Ordered the ‘reindeer’ early November and nothing arrived. I was given a date when it was delivered - we have a very good cctv system installed that showed no delivery on that day or any other days!
I have sent numerous emails and received carbon copies of the emails other people have received.
Shame on you ! I will be reporting this ‘company’ if that’s what you call yourselves.

Unfortunately I cannot rate at zero stars. This is a scam pure and simple. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They should have zero stars. Like many on this site I too fell for this scam; I was delighted to have spotted this product (the Reindeer) that I had admired elsewhere. They say they are delivered but of course they are not (I checked our CCTV) - they cannot give you the name of the delivery company or provide proof of delivery such as a photo as any reputable company would. So don't be tempted by these people and if you are only realising you also fell for it - report it to your bank and spread the word. They should be ashamed of themselves.

As everyone else, I also fell for the Aldi reindeer scam. Tracking showed it was delivered and left at my mailbox, which would've been impossible, so I already knew something wasn't legit. I asked them for the carrier and proof of delivery several times, which they never responded to, so I called my credit card company who fully refunded me. When a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I'm in the same situation regarding these reindeer. I DO have a secure parcelbox that they could have delivered to at my house, but I had the same nonsense message about them being delivered at my postbox. Then have had the the same interactions trying to chase this, first they said it was delivered, then it was it might have been stolen but that's not their responsibility, then they tried the sob story that the company have made losses on this. My offers from them are 30%, then 40% and now 50%, all of
which they can shove where the sun doesn't shine. Not once have they provided the photographic evidence of this alleged delivery as I asked, nor told me which delivery company they used. I'm about to call my bank to see if they can refund me. This has been going on now from date of order around end of October.

Ordered the Aldi reindeer and never received!! Tracking said it was delivered. Argued back and forth with them through email. They wanted to give me a 30% refund because they suffered a loss as well. I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company and was refunded my full amount immediately after submitting the request.

DARDLAUGH IS A SCAM.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES order anything that redirects you to another site during checkout. I missed this, in my excitement to get those darn Reindeer and I am soooo frustrated 😠

I wish I could give less than 1. It's not even a rating-worthy experience. Same situation as all the others who reviewed Dardlaugh. Said delivered to mailbox and after disputing that,
they offered 30% refund. I'm trying to find the transaction online in my bank account in order to dispute it, and can't seem to locate the charge. So I'll be calling my bank today. I'm also contacting Better Business Bureau. I've already posted on Aldi Aisle of Shame Facebook page.

Ce sont des voleurs n’y allez surtout pas ! J’ai commandé mes rennes et ils ont soit disant été livré dans ma boîte aux lettres mais absolument rien du tout n’a été livré . Après leur avoir écrit ils me disent que qu’ils ont livré à la bonne adresse et que si on m’a volé mon colis ils n’y sont y pour rien …. Ils m’ont proposé bin et généreux au bout de plusieurs négociations de me rembourser 50 % de mon achat …. Des arnaqueurs en puissance et des gens malhonnêtes ( ils ont eux le culot de me dire qu’ils comprenaient et que eux aussi subissaient des vols dans leurs entrepôts ….. j’ai demandé une preuve de livraison mais rien , aucuns retour bien évidemment ….. bref des voleurs

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I placed an order and they advised that it had been delivered but unable/did not want to provide proof of delivery: why not? and then said that it must have been stolen which was not their fault. Offered me 30% refund. I knew 100% that it had not been delivered as I was in my front garden for the whole of the afternoon that they said it had been delivered.

SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE. Ordered the "Aldi Reindeer", tracking said it was delivered. Surprise nothing was delivered. They refuse to show proof of delivery or confirm the address of the delivery. They offered me a 30% refund which I told them was a slap in the face. Also the tracking said it was delivered "in or at mailbox" and this wouldn't fit in there. I called my credit card company and placed a dispute. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE.
