I've really enjoyed the sessions at Darlington Boot Camp over the past six months. I highly recommend coming along and joining in with the group sessions. I have found being in such a friendly and enthusiastic group has helped me to progress to the levels of fitness and mental resilience I was an looking for! Chris
My experience is made great by the team of bootcampers that show up week in week out.
The trainers explain exactly what exercises are done in each session and each session is different.
Darlington Bootcamp is a fantastic place to exercise/train/move /keep active - whatever your choices, there’s something for everyone with no egos .
We are a friendly bunch and I’ve been a member for 5 years now and hope to keep turning up for at least another 25! The instructors have a wealth of physical training knowledge and all exercises can be adapted whatever your abilities / injuries. I would recommend you come and try a session or two.
Darlington Bootcamp made me confident in my training. The coach is very knowledgable and meets everybody at their ability level, always encouraging you and teaching you. I can’t recommend it enough.
This is an energetic, fun, well balanced bootcamp, with great instructors and a healthy atmosphere. Positive advice is always given and there is something for everyone, whatever you're ability. Both indoor and outdoor sessions are included and no two are ever the same!
After being purely running focused since 2005 then a running coach for Darlington Harriers, I was introduced to Darlington Bootcamp about 7 years ago. Realised that in the words of Bootcamp - “you need to get fit to run.. not run to get fit!”, it’s a wonderful group of people who are all so encouraging and we are family! And since some very difficult times over the last couple of years 💔, I’ve found my love for strength training which is my new love and “go to” over any bereavement counselling. Love the mix of sessions, and we can all work to our own ability as to how we’re feeling on that day! Thank you Danny and Alice.
Amazing gym - with knowledgeable and motivating instructors. They have helped me get to probably the fittest and healthiest I have ever been 💗
