These people are disgusting. I am a disabled business owner of a tech startup and I selected dartnode to run 3 servers for me with a total of around 3.6TB of space that I paid for. I started configuring my stack and put up my mail servers and a web server. There was also a docker registry they took hostage making recovery impossible. Do not use these guys, I'm considering turning them into the NY state. They took payment for services, wont give a refund and wont respond to support. Next stop? Facebook.

Fast response when you create a ticket
We had two VPSs for around a month
We had two VPSs for around a month. Within the first month, we lost VNC access, it showed an error every time we tried to open it. We made a ticket (17128), and they essentially told us to get lost.
"We are working on restoring every issue coming from this node; please be patient while we work on this."
It took over two weeks to finally get VNC back. Once we did, we noticed that when power-cycling the server, there was a frequent issue where it would sometimes not power on for up to 2-3 days. Eventually, we decided to switch providers but before than when we wanted our data from the server our server, we tried to power it back on and it never came back online.
After opening a ticket, they forwarded us to their knowledge base and assumed it was a "corrupted operating system." They recommended that we upload a rescue ISO ourselves to recover our data. We tried that, but the server wouldn't even boot into the recovery ISO.
In the end, we were given a $25 credit (you couldn't even pay me $25 to deal with the support) and were placed into an infinite "queue" in the ticket system. I assume this "queue" is likely a way to push back customers they don't want to deal with.
One Month Trying, Still No Access and Charged
I signed up for a VPS with this provider and have been trying to access it for one month with no success. I opened multiple support tickets but no one has resolved the issue. I was charged for the second month already, and I was only able to use the VPS for about 5 minutes this month before it stopped working. The support is unresponsive and the service is unusable. I do not recommend this provider and I want my money back.

The worst service provider I've ever used
The activation of the machines for the promotion was delayed by a month, which isn't a major issue; the main problem is that the promotion was so popular that staff were limited.
There's no renewal button; the invoice wasn't sent, my service is about to expire and I haven't received it, and customer service hasn't addressed the issue.

Honest review
I started on black friday like most people because of all the good deals. I've had some issues with the server being down and the panels not working as other people have said but that has since been resolved. The panels are working. They do have somewhat of a slower response but that is because they are so busy.
If you're running a datacenter that has some enterprise companies there should be some type of SLA, which they have listed in the bottom of the site, I just haven't read it myself. Now with that being said I ran into some other issues with processing and they resolved it fairly quickly.
I ended up speaking with their engineer finally and figured out they are a little understaffed for the amount of influx they have of customers. That's a good thing. They're working on the growing pains and for the prices we're paying yeah, they're allowed. I think if you give them some patience and enjoy the pricing the way it is before they "blow up" because I promise you, they're going to get larger. The servers are great and the pricing is super competitive. Be patient and enjoy the ride. 100% recommend, just have patience and I wouldn't put anything super critical enterprise unless you pay for the higher tier support.

They say provisioning/deployment is 2-3 minutes. It's been 7 days. Seems like nothing works, seems like a fake company, or unmanaged startup.

Payed for 2 block storages that never worked. tried to buy a new one upon suggestion of the team. still nothing just wasted money, The vps panel always show the VPS is down, even when it's up. the service status page shows that everything is working fine.
