Good experience with DartNode with


Good experience with DartNode with several VPS.

- no drama for port 25: excellent news if you want to run your own e-mail server and have nothing to be reproached.
- Unlimited data: excellent news if you want to run your own wireguard VPN without worrying about quota.
- ISO file option for installation: if you want a tailor installation of your OS, you can either upload your own iso file from your PC, or download it directly via your admin interface with a link.
- Customer support: reactive, helpful, and competent. From experience I see it as equally important as your intended product or service. You pay for them to be reactive and helpful, and DartNode clearly understood it.

- sometimes the admin interface has been a bit buggy at first, but pretty soon I saw it more stable and fluid over the weeks. Now all is good.

Keep going DartNode, You are ones of those I recommend!

Very bad

Very bad support. They never reply to my messages and haven’t fixed the problems for about a week. I’ve been waiting and nothing is solved. I do not recommend them.

Delivered A Blacklisted VPS

they delivered a blacklisted VPS on Purchase without being used. A report was sent to the support, they claimed it is among a shared pool IP being blacklisted. They refused to take responsibility of selling a bad service and won't replace the bad VPS claimed it is their policy. The support even said the customer has to wait for the VPS to be removed from blacklist before use which is between 24hrs to 30days thereby extorting the customers of their money and time wasted. Till date the VPS is still blacklisted. So much back and forth with Support, even asking the customer to go and buy another clean IP elsewhere and come back to them for a swap. The customer notified them of being fraudulent by selling bad VPS to unsuspecting customer on purpose with no intention to take responsibility. I am very sure they will come under this post to deny and claim otherwise

Repeated outages, no communication, poor support

I’ve had three outages in just one week with Dartnode, and not once was I notified or compensated despite their “100% uptime guarantee.” Each time I reached out, I got vague responses like “hopefully it won’t happen again” instead of clear explanations or solutions.

My server was critical for my business, yet Dartnode left me in the dark while billing me as normal. Stability and communication are both seriously lacking. I will be moving my business elsewhere very shortly.

DartNode gave me a blacklisted IP

DartNode gave me a blacklisted IP, wants me to pay for a new one. VPS crashes often. Last 7 days it was dead. Not working. Total scam! Avoid!

IP Reputation: All IPs are automatically provisioned and checked against major blacklists. If an IP becomes blacklisted after delivery—often due to customer activity—we offer free remediation where possible. Requests for clean IP swaps due to customer behavior may incur a fee, which is standard industry practice.

Uptime Issues: We have had no system-wide outages in the past 7 days. If your VPS was down, it would likely be due to a specific configuration or abuse flag on your service. We have no record of a ticket or contact attempt from you regarding this.

Scam Allegation: We’re a registered company, operating transparently with over 900 global customers. These types of accusations are not taken lightly.

If you are a genuine customer, we encourage you to open a support ticket through our portal or contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. If not, we ask that this misleading review be removed to protect the integrity of our service and the trust of our clients.

Don't mind the interface, it looks like one of those fake website, or too good to be true. But After a day, experience was everything is fully automated, everything. This is best alternative or even better than contabo, both on discount too. i'm just happy. No long talk abeg

No Support, Slow Service, and no Refund

They don't respond at all to support tickets. The interface and site are super buggy. When you click to submit a ticket it will submit it twice. Load times are very slow on the interface as well. They also misrepresent their services and don't offer everything that they claim. For instance, when we contacted their sales department previously, we were told that all ports were open and functioning. After signing up, this was not the case. They failed to give us a refund and also did not respond to any messages. I see another instance of this. I'll be writing to the attorney general and also looking into other consumer protection actions I can take. I would not use them.

Support Tickets: We’ve reviewed our logs and have no record of unanswered tickets from your account within the described timeframe. If there was an issue with a ticket being submitted twice, that may be a browser-side error — but all submissions are logged and reviewed by our team.

Interface Performance: Our dashboard is actively maintained and monitored. We’ve had no widespread reports of slowness or bugs from other users. However, if you experienced an issue, we would have happily helped — if contacted through verified channels.

Service Terms: We do not block any outbound ports by default, but our Terms of Service and AUP do apply. Certain types of usage (e.g., mass mailing, abuse-related traffic) may result in automated restrictions or manual review. This is standard practice to maintain network integrity.

Refunds: As clearly outlined in our policy, we offer refunds under specific conditions. If your service was provisioned and used, and no qualifying SLA claim was submitted, the refund may not be applicable. We’re always open to reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
