Absolutely pathetic brand and customer service. The order hasnât been dispatched for a month and no update was provided. After reaching out to them over multiple days, they finally replied and wonât agree to do a refund. Theyâre making multiple excuses that donât make sense and have also turned their instagram comments off. The designer should be embarrassed. They love lying to people and waste their time and hard earned money. What a way to represent India to international customers.

Multiple items were ordered. The clothing is very beautiful but customer service is horrible. Was sent an item that I did not order. Then charged customs on it. Contacted dash and dot and their solution was to return the item to them, incurring the shipping cost and then they would refund the duty. Will not order from them again
Blindsided about additional US customs fee of $ 172
After receiving my order to US address, I was charged additional $172.61 by FedEx as customs duty. I was not informed by the company at the time of purchase or at the time they shipped the package. I paid $362 for the skirt& blouse and $44 for shipping fee at the time of my purchase. All I received from them was confirmation email of my order and another 2 emails about shipment and tracking information and no info about additional custom fee that I would be charged by FedEx. They should not keep the US customers blindsided.

I wish i had seen this review earlier. The quality of the clothes is good but their delivery time sucks. I am still chasing them for delivery. Everytime they tell me it will happen tomorrow. This is really insane. I needed the clothes for events and i am left with no options. Pathetic customer service.

I like their styles. I ordered a gown from them which was deliver to me within 3-4 days. So no delivery issue. The only problem is communication. They have provided mobile number which no one answers. It would be really helpful if someone can answer the queries of customers.

Poor Quality- couldnât return
Quality of the outfit I bought for 25,000 was very bad. Product was delivered after I left for an international vacation and by the time I came back, it was outside return period. But product had unstitched garment, incomplete sewing, looked nothing like it looked on the website.

NEVER ORDER FROM DASH AND DOT. It's been 3 months since I placed my order. No product has been received. When I requested a refund over whatsapp and email, they keep saying they have escalated the matter and will update but there's no resolution. I even called them and the response for me to understand that logistical problems happen. Absolutely ridiculous business ethics and customer support especially when they behave like a luxury fashion product at expensive prices. Never make the mistake of buying from them.

Really really bad customer service - there is so much good quality online retail from India and so many amazing designers and home grown brands, I donât honestly recommend wasting time with this brand. I had placed an order on November 5th the promised delivery timeline is 7 to 10 working days . Today is the 2nd of December with no updates on the status of my order . The outfit was for a special occasion , the date for which has passed. Customer support is non existent . I am totally frustrates.All AI generated answers . I have already paid the full amount and I have a bad feeling that I have lost my money because I don't know who to approach for a refund. There is zero response from their customer service . Pathetic experience
Pathetic experience, no customer service response to emails sent after putchase and delivery delays. No response on phone number provided. Only option is whatsapp /insta messages which is pathetically slow and non conclusive always. My exchange item that i returned was received by them on 10th nov 2025. After daily followups i got reply on 22nd nov that they has been a delay and i will get the exchange size within 5-7 days. Today again after followup i am told there has been a further delay and despatch will happen from their end on 6th dec. That is more than a month to get the return/exchange garment back. And when i said i want to cancel they say no refund only store credit. How is a customer supposed to make a new purchase from a online store which has caused so much anxiety and i had to go without a proper outfit to the occassion it was purchased for. Do not buy anything from.here unless u have loads if time in hand for followups.

Ordered a shirt from dash and dot and needed custom sizing. The CRM team helped me place the order with my exact measurements, and the final product was spot on. Perfect fit great fabric quality, and the sustainable packaging was a solid bonus.
Terrible service and disappointing items
Terrible service. They forgot about our order and when we finally received the items, it was bad. The fit was off and what was supposed to be a matching set came out to be two pieces not matching at all. Their customers service is terrible... They take for ever to answer and are not helpful at all.
