DataGardener provided me with a bespoke service for my data files, and the detailed insights I received were unlike anything I’ve had from any other provider. Most importantly, their strong UK focus meant the data was aligned with the right clients for my business.
On top of that, the overall experience and conversations were far better than what I’ve had with other providers. Professional, insightful, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Got three unsolicited emails from Urvashi Jain all without unsubscribe buttons. When I replied asking where they obtained my email address from the email bounced back. I went on to their website and contacted the chat, it said it was putting me through to an agent and it's now 15 minutes later and no one has come on. I didn't sign up for DataGardener and they're breaking the law by not including an unsubscribe button and just spamming me day after day. Utterly awful company.
Update - I'm now speaking with a member of their staff and they're refusing to tell me where they obtained my data from exactly, in direct contravention of Article 14 of GDPR.

We are aware that a company has been contacting people on WhatsApp and Telegram and claiming that we supplied them with your personal information. We have never heard of the company - and they are not our client. We have informed the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about these companies.
I can categorically deny that the company that contacted got your personal details from us! The only data that we provide to our clients is company information and we simply don't hold personal telephone numbers or email addresses.
If you could provide some more details about the company that contacted you, I would be very grateful - as you can imagine, this is a serious concern for us and we need to know who is doing this - and why they are wrongly telling people that we have provided these details.
Any screenshots you can provide would be really helpful.

Selling my number without consent
How is this legal, they sell my phone number and now I'm spammed by whatsapp and phone. When I ask where they have my number from, they say datagardener. I NEVER consented to this.

It's Robert here from DataGardener - I'm one of the directors.
We have 30 sources of data - these are specifically related to BUSINESS activities. We categorically do not hold personal data and we certainly don't pose as people on dating websites. I'm afraid that it is simply wrong to suggest this.
We have recently been victim to what we believe is a scam by so-called recruiters, where these people are claiming that we provided personal information. They are not a client, we have no idea who they are, they have arbitrarily named us as the source.
We have informed the ICO and will happily provide a case reference number if you would like one.
I would be happy to speak to you and clarify further.

Our company has been using data gardener for over a year now and we are delighted with the results because they provide us with all available data on every business here in the uk, in real time. It's very easy to navigate and pull highly relevant leads for sales, as well as keeping tabs on clients regarding their suitability for products.
