It is a fraud!
I had a very bad experience with Zoosk. I believe many of the profiles are fake, and the platform does not properly verify users. I felt the system was unfair because men have to pay to use messaging, while women can use it for free. After raising concerns about this, my account was banned, even though I did not break any rules.

I paid AUD $170.99 for a one-year subscription to give Zoosk a proper try. After a few months, I realised it was a waste of time and money. Many profiles had no photos or real names and were just listed as “Zoosk Member.” This makes it hard to know who is real. Other dating sites at least require a photo and a name.

Most of the matches shown to me were older than what I was looking for, and many profiles did not match my preferences. I also could not adjust the settings properly to change the age range I wanted to see. The advertising made Zoosk sound much better than it really is. Overall, I regret paying for this service and would not recommend it.

Further to my recent review of Zoosk, we are now some 5 days later and I have not received any response from Zoosk, they took my subscription and they have ignored my emails asking for the situation to be resolved. I have used another email address to log in and that was successful, but obviously I am not paying anymore money for that account while I have already paid to the original and I cannot use it.

Set up account, all fine. Not a simple site to navigate. Was able to send messages the first day but was then unable to respond as account kept showing unverified. Reached out to support and did everything asked, still not working on the computer. Now ignoring my request for a refund.

I was on zoosk for years off and on. I enjoyed it and even contacted them about profiles of people I personally know are deceased to help update their site! A problem ensued when I had a photo on the site that I deleted then decided to use anyway; don't know what happened, but apparently it didn't crop properly and showed too much? In any case, the photo was not that bad, they could have just denied it and let me add another one. I'm certainly not into sending anything inappropriate and it had been accepted before, I have no clue exactly what the issue was because the customer service refuses to say, and I am now banned from the site! For the number of guys that have only been looking for a hook up on this site, and for the ways of society today, I find this overly pious attitude ridiculous; that a person makes a mistake and they can no longer be a member. Zoosk has become very two-faced. The site itself is very cumbersome to get through because you can see only one profile at a time, it takes forever to find someone who has the qualities you seek. This issue has been ongoing for a number of years, I've written them explaining the situation at least twice, apologizing and requesting that they reconsider. The date had to be entered on this review, it was within the last few years.

God another site that’s fake people from not where it says shows them online at any hours day or night with out messages you have to pay for every thing they stopped me getting on there site when am paid up twice now customer services his none existent it customers give use your money now has set up by scammers for scammers or it would work loads of people views when they have not messages if your lucky enough ages people locations none from where they say and no one wants to talk on site has there after your information they come back with a comment when u can not contact them back stay away save your money spend it on yourself

Not worth your time. Years ago this worked, liked and actually chatted with someone. Met them as well! But now, you may get likes but no one messages Payed £10 for a month (which is cheap) but nothing. Likes but no messages. So stick to the other dating sites.

Zoosk, another dating site full of fake profiles, scammers, operators pretending to be a woman, old profiles... anyway, another bad experience, tricky site looking for your money and keep you forever, you need to cancel your account or they will charge you time after time, so be careful.
If I am paying a subscription, I expect a decent service, and this site like all dating sites are too far to provide what they are selling us.

I recently wrote a review about zoosk and warning others not to use this site and waste their money because of the poor service and quality
Zoosk replied saying how they wanted to help. I forgot to say I had contacted zoosk custimer service and told them exactly about their site that keeps buffing, unable to perform a search and after a few days of becoming a member I'd had enough, it was so bad I didn't want to even use their site anymore. Their help was I had to do all the work and had to prove what I was saying was true.
There was actually no support they had their money they were not interested.
There is no customer support or customer care just a shocking site, poor app, no refund, can't offer the service they are advertising. This is a total waste of money!!!
